Football game in style

Great Stay!

Nine adults travel down there for football game. The place is really amazing. Host is very accommodating and Matthew is very responsive and timely with any questions or information that we needed to plan our trip. Actually met Matthew while we were there. Super nice down-to-earth guy. He also owns property next-door and showed us the house that he decorated, and he truly takes pride and the care of his homes.

We loved the house, but not the neighborhood. We had to uber everywhere. There was trash left from walkers in front of house everyday. Main street in front very noisy for bedrooms in front of house. You can also hear the train.

Great house for a group

We were 5 adults and two middle schoolers. There was plenty of space for everyone. The decor is modern and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. The neighborhood is in the process of being “gentrified “ but we felt safe, even walking the dog at night. Absolutely nothing wrong here.
