Host was non existant and no communication. I DID NOT stay there and want and deserve a refund! My trip was cut short due to this incident. Also, the place was a scary shack.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
The property was in a very rural location. The rent was prepaid. When I arrived after a two day drive, I had to call VRBO service department to find that the Host changed his mind and I was stuck after a second day 8 hour drive arriving at 5 pm of the change. I am feeling like you are running a BIG SCAM!!!
