Welcome to Beach Cottage! When we first saw this property, we knew immediately we'd found something special. It wasn't just the great location or the sandy beach that starts right from our back door – it was the feeling that this was where families create those perfect vacation memories. We fell in love with having morning coffee on the deck with the rising sun reflecting off the water, evening bbq cookouts, and s'mores around the fire pit as the stars come out. You walk in and see the lake right away through the huge windows. Beyond that was a large deck where we had breakfast and dinners and watched our kids roll in the sand." - Cory



The heart of our home is really the connection between indoor and outdoor living. Those floor-to-ceiling windows aren't just for show – they frame the lake like living artwork that changes throughout the day. But what guests really rave about is stepping outside.



The screened in porch is where many of our guests spend their evenings – there's something magical about watching the sunset through the screens while staying cozy around the propane fire table. And yes, those are real wine glasses from Burr Oak Winery in the photos!

An absolute guest favorite is the backyard and we love it too! What’s great is you can step out from the screened porch or walk down the stairs from the upper deck - so convenient! Right off the porch is an outdoor table with seating for 4. You can set up yard games, like corn hole, out on the grass or have a little picnic.



And just a few steps further and you’re on the sand. Set up the beach chairs and take out the kayaks and floaties and make a splash! Gather around the firepit for s’mores and head back up to the deck for some BBQ dinner.

Important Information:

◆ We require the primary guest to be at least 25 years of age when they book.

◆ The booking guest must complete the online pre-arrival form via the PMI Northwoods Portal powered by Guesty prior to their check-in date. This simple form will help to ensure that all guests have easy access to the property and arrival information needed for a hassle-free check-in process.

◆ The booking price includes a property damage protection fee to cover up to $5,000 of coverage for accidental contents damage and accidental property damage. Please be advised that a 30-night stay requires $200 in property damage protection insurance, with an additional $6.50 every additional night.

◆ Property damage protection is included for any damages, subject to exclusions and limitations, that occur to the premises during your rental period. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of damage insurance will be charged to the guest.
