For the safety, security of our guests, and liability purposes, this property is equipped with exterior security cameras in the backyard and front of the house.

Minimum age to rent: The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and must stay at the property for the duration of the reservation.
Guests only: Only guests included in the Guest's party may stay overnight. No unauthorized overnight visitors.
Maximum occupancy: Maximum occupancy is 12 guests. Additional guests must be approved in advance and may incur an additional fee.
No smoking: Smoking or vaping is not permitted.
No pets: Pets are not allowed. Unauthorized pets will result in additional cleaning and/or damage fees and may result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
Quiet hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of respect for neighbors.
Grill safety: Clean the grill after each use, never leave it unattended while in use, and turn off the gas supply when finished grilling.
Toilets: Please flush toilet paper only. Do not flush wipes, paper towels, feminine products, or any other items.
Garbage: Please place all trash in the garbage bins located on the side of the garage.
Excessive cleaning: Please leave the property in a reasonably clean condition. Excessive cleaning required due to stains, excessive trash, smoking, unauthorized pets, or other misuse may result in an additional cleaning fee.
Rule violations: Failure to follow these house rules may result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund and may incur additional fees for damages, excessive cleaning, or other costs.
