About this property

Stunning ocean views, first-class accommodation - with Pool, Deck & Solar

The property is next door to the beautiful Turtle Bay Villa. The views from the wrap around veranda are simply stunning with 360 views - see photographs.
2 large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. One bedroom has a King Sized bed and the other has a double. The furniture is Indonesian antiques acquired during our time in the Far East. Top quality accommodation on par with the villa next door. Please see the photographs which give a flavor of the property. We are located on a rocky elevated peninsula. The elevation provides the stunning views and refreshing breezes. Access to the beautiful Hooper's Bay Beach is a gentle 5 minute stroll. We have just installed Fiber Optic Broadband.
We have two other properties. Turtle Bay 3 is the indentical unit below this unit on the first floor. The reference is 4712663
We also have a beautiful house next door named Turtle Bay 1. The reference for this property is 3966662.

We loved our stay here! Peaceful setting with amazing views, great outdoor space with plenty of seating, and comfortable inside with everything we needed for a week long stay. It is close to Georgetown but away from the traffic, with grocery stores and restaurants across the road and beautiful Hooper's Bay Beach minutes away. Robert and Cameron were very responsive and helpful before and during our trip.

Robert was so responsive from the minute I booked this several months ago. The house is very spacious and the views are incredible on the wrap around porch! The pool was really pretty even though we didn’t use it because of the cold front that came in. The location was perfect to get everywhere on the island! Thank you again Robert for your hospitality!

Perfect hilltop location

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay at Turtle bay house II. Rob was very attentive and always reachable if we needed him. Very spacious unit with beautiful view of Hoopers Bay. The front deck was everything. The beach is a five minute walk down the street and is beautiful. We will be back, thank you!

Tranquil stay with magnificent view of Hoopers Bay.

We had a fantastic stay at Turtle Bay house 2. Robert was a very gracious host, answered all our questions in a timely manner, even drove us to get our rental car.The house was vey spacious with plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrellas, even had floaties for the beach. The view of Hoopers Bay from the kitchen and the deck is unparalleled. The location is an easy 5min walk to the beach, 5min walk to Prime Island meats grocery store, liquor store and other little shops nearby.Would definitely stay here again…miss the views already.

Wonderful views and breezes

We had a wonderful stay. Rob, the owner & property manager, was very helpful and quick to respond to our inquiries. Beautiful Rental

We enjoyed our stay, Exuma is beautiful. This property was clean and has a beautiful view of Hoopers Bay. Rob and Carla are friendly and helpful. Lots of beaches to enjoy. Come to Exuma and stay here.

Amazing House!

Turtle Bay House 2 was an amazing experience. Robert was such a great host and everything was exactly as described in the listing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to those traveling to Exuma. The view from the balcony was incredible and the location was close to many beaches and restaurants.

Beautiful view and house.

We had the entire top floor of Turtle Bay in Exuma. The wrap around porch, view, owner and house were all amazing. The house had everything we needed including a beautiful and spotless pool. The owner always answered our questions in minutes. We will be back!

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful house overlooking Hoopers Bay in Exuma! The property was absolutely perfect for our group of four. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was seamless and stress-free, making our vacation even more enjoyable.The house itself was stunning, with breathtaking views of the bay that we couldn’t get enough of. The addition of a pool is great for windy beach days. Another great feature was the beach chairs provided, which made our trips to the nearby beaches incredibly convenient. We loved having everything we needed right at our fingertips.Overall, this house was everything we were looking for and more. Whether you’re looking to relax by the pool, take in the views, or explore the beautiful beaches, this property has it all. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Exuma! We can't wait to return!

A Fabulous Stay In Exuma

I love this property. I stayed here last year and loved it then as well. The host, Robert, is superb. He is responsive, friendly, and accommodating. We had an issue with the internet connection, and he was over within 3 minutes. Also, his recommendations on things to do and places to go were spot-on for us. Thank you to Robert and his beautiful wife for the sharing of their little part of Exuma. We will be back next year for sure!

WOW! What an amazing house!

This place is fantastic! the views, the balcony, the size! We will definitely be staying here again! Communication with the host was great! Our only real issue was we did not have hot water until our 6th and final day and the water pressure was very low. The host did try her best to get the water fixed for us though; which shows how caring this place is. I would recommend bringing soap for your bathroom and extra towels.

Pre-emptive Review

We could not travel due to Corona so we cannot actually rate this particular trip or home. We have traveled to Exuma before and love the island. The owners were nice enough to credit us the full amount of our stay toward a future visit. We are currently requesting a week in February 2021 after which I am certain I will have a wonderful review.

Robert is the Principal of St Andrew's International School and Carla is a Senior Stylist at Windermere Beauty Salon.
Robert and Carla spent 15 years in Hong Kong and much of the furniture in the house is from the Far East.
