Welcome to Storey Lake inside the Covey Resort Townhouse.

Storey Lake is one of the newest resort communities in the Orlando Florida area.

The Resort is located at the corner of State Road (SR535) - also known as Kissimmee-Vineland Road - and Osceola Parkway. Storey Lake is close to all of the major attractions of Disney World, Universal Studios and SeaWorld. All types of dining, from chain restaurant to fine dining are close by. And, spectacular outlet shopping is within minutes from Storey Lake.

This beautiful 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom townhome is sure to please. The open floor plan is beautifully decorated throughout and includes a 55-inch flat screen in the living room. The 5 bedrooms sleeps up to 10 and consists of 1 king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms. Prepare meals in the fully furnished kitchen and dine together – there is plenty of seating at both the large dining room table and the kitchen bar! The private splash-pool will provide fun in the sun while you catch that perfect tan. Free WIFI and a washer and dryer are included.

Property was in an excellent location. We enjoyed having the pool on premises and also the opportunity to use the resort amenities. The actual property has quite a bit of wear and tear including having the master closet with a stack of wood trim that had been removed or fallen off various locations of the home and had not been rehung or replaced. Living area is small without much space for sitting for a larger group. The host was awesome and easy to communicate with.

A Magical Stay

This townhouse was exactly as described and we thought it was extremely clean, very well appointed and comfortable. Having the pool was a plus for some downtime between visiting parks. I would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. Spacious for my family of 5, and nice and clean. There is also a Publix and other stores right across the street, so very easy to take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen. Would rent again for future visits

I’m not one to write negative reviews however it seemed we had extremely poor luck in this house. there were many items in the home that were broken. During our stay the ice maker did not work, the dryer did not work the entire time we were there - they had sent 5 different maintenance workers and had given us 5 different reasons for it not working never having fixed it, finally the shower handle broke in one of the washrooms. Response times were quick with the property managers however overall the home was not of the quality that you’d expect. It was great to have our own pool (with an added cost to heat it) and access to a bbq. The home was a quick walk to the resort amenities which was also nice.

Nice and quiet

The complex was fairly empty the weekend we were there, so was nice and quiet. Everything was clean and had store and restaurants right across the street.

Orlando Visit

This is a great property to stay at with family. Has plenty to do both on and off property. The owner worked with us early on to add some days as well. Very good experience. The only thing you need outside of normal groceries is your own beach/pool towels. We would definitely stay here again next time we come down.

Wonderful Home

The location is perfect to Disney! Many stores near by for shopping. The only thing that I did not like was the pool in the home it was not very clean. Other than that me and my family all enjoyed the stay. Highly recommend for a large family plenty of room and space.

Great stay!

We had a great time taking 2 teens and 3 kids to FL and the house had a lot to do with it! Lots of space to spread out, they made good use of the splash pool in the yard, and the host was super responsive. She had both issues that I messaged about resolved within a day! The only thing we didn’t love was the main Storey Lake pool area. It wasn’t super clean and they tried to nickel & dime us for everything. That had nothing to do with the home though and we would definitely stay here again!

This villa with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms gave everyone plenty of private space while still providing good sized communal areas. Our favorite was the screened patio beside the private pool. I wish there had been a map of the walking trail over to the water park - took us a few days to figure that out!

Perfect for the Parks

Great property, very well kept and nice furnishings. Perfect location close to parks, nice set up as well. Very spacious and plenty of bathrooms for all. We had 6 people stay 2 couples and 2 kids with a room to spare. Didn't get to check out clubhouse. Viviana responded quickly and was professional.
