Welcome to Madera Coastal, a serene retreat in Copano Cove, Rockport, TX.
Perfect for family or group getaways, this modern coastal home sleeps 8, with the option to accommodate 10 guests (additional charge). It features 4 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 2.5 baths, located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with a private, fishing-friendly patio on the water. Amenities include smart TVs, Bluetooth speakers, AC, Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, and 110 feet of waterfront access.
The property is in a nice and peaceful private neighborhood at the end of the cul-de-sac. The house provides great lighting for entertainment on the patios, a well-lit stairwell, and a driveway. It's located in Rockport, Texas, with saltwater fishing and 110 feet of waterfront from the back patio.
The Turtle Room has a king bed, smart TV, and an adjacent bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a lit defogger mirror. The Crabby Room features a queen bed, smart TV, and thoughtful touches. The Whale Room includes a full-size trundle bed, desk, and a nearby half bath for convenience.
The Master Suite offers a king bed, smart TV, and a private spa-like bath with a walk-in shower, dual sinks, a lit defogger mirror, and a hidden toilet room.
The open kitchen and living room feature a 10-foot island, full-size appliances, and custom lighting. The living room provides spacious seating, a pull-out sofa, and 180-degree water views.

Load the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave dirty towels hanging in the bathroom on towel hooks. Turn off fishing lights & Clean outdoor grill
Roll the trash bin on the ground level to the street.
Return games/puzzles to original place.
Turn OFF inside fans, TVs, fishing lights & indoor radio. Leave the ON carport & outside ceiling fans on low. Ensure the range/stove is turned off and the display does NOT read Stovetop on & hot.
Lock the sliding back glass door and exit through the yellow front door. Set the thermostat to 78 degrees for cooling/65 degrees for heating before leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
