Perfect location, comfortable, and the views are spectacular. Hot tub is awesome! Only complaint is the shampoo, and body wash were empty.

Classic mountain cabin in a great location with a nice view. It was easy to get to all of the base areas of the Summit at Snoqualmie. The cabin has everything you need and nothing you don't. We had a great weekend stay and will definitely be back when the snow starts to fall.

Great cabin.

Really nice but the jacuzzi water desperately needed to be changed. It was very cloudy and had a lot of sediment on the bottom.

Family fun on Snoqualmie Pass

Had a great time playing on the mountain, skiing, snowboarding, tubing, etc. The house was a great central homebase with room for everyone and a well equipped kitchen. The hot tub was a lovely addition after a long day and tired muscles. It was a unanimous decision we should come back next year.

Beautiful home with lots of spaces to sleep and hang out. The kitchen was well stocked and the location was perfect. We were disappointed after driving several hours to the location to find that it wasn’t ready at 4 pm for check in. We sat in our car for 40 minutes waiting for the handy man and cleaner to finish. The hot tub water was opaque and filthy in day one. Someone came to empty the hot tub the next day, meaning it was not hot until 10 pm that night. Check out was at 10 am the next day so we didn’t get to use the hot tub much. It is a nice property but we paid several hundred more than other options for a hot tub. I wish we had been informed the hot tub was out of commission.

NOT CLEAN: at first I thought it was clean but as we started using things we kept coming across problems. Shower had used soap bar still in it. I had to clean dishes to eat because the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. Hot tub was slimy. NO TOWELS: for a vacation rental that can have so many people, why would you only provide 4 towels? It took most of my trip for them to provide me with 4 more. When they finally dropped them off they didnt even tell me they had ledt them on the doorstep. So if you dont want to use your bath towel for your hot tub towel, i suggest you bring your own.

Great Cabin in the Mountains near Snoqualmie Pass

We stayed here at the end of May for my son's 15th birthday. This property has foosball table and a fire pit which was a must for my son. The cabin has been updated recently and is nice on the inside and out. The "cabin" next door sits up the hill from the property, is 3 stories tall, and is very close to the cabin which makes outdoor privacy impossible. We were lucky that no one was at that cabin for our stay, so it was not a problem. Also note that all the cabins in this area are close enough to the freeway that you can hear the cars and trucks. We were aware of this and one of reasons for us selecting this cabin was that it was further away from the freeway. The Cabin is close to a few restaurants and stores near the ski area which was nice for a us to eat out one night and to get basic supplies. We hiked around the neighborhood which was nice and all the neighbors were friendly. The property also has a stream running next to it which I am guessing will run dry later in the summer. The cabin is also close to hiking (Franklin Falls, Denny Creek, Snow Creek, etc..) which is good. We did several hikes when we stayed here. The Cabin is also near several lakes and rivers/streams. The Owners have games for you to play if you want. Also a fully stocked kitchen with basic supplies. It also has a pellet stove and pellets which we used. They have disabled the basement pellet stove, but all areas have an electric heater. Overall, we had a great stay here.

I called the Casa “safety concern” line and no one picked up until the third time we called and had been on hold for a total time of about 40 minutes. We came back to the cabin and the garage door opener was not working (this unit only has a garage entrance and entrances on a 2nd story balcony). We’ve used the garage opener multiple times prior and were utilizing the correct code. I’m not sure if the pad wasn’t working or the battery died or something. A video is attached. We were left locked out of the cabin in 28 degree weather with a winter storm warning. After being on hold on the “safety concern” line for prolonged time I had to scale up the side of the building to the second floor, where I found one of the balcony doors unlocked (we had not used the doors meaning it was unlocked when we arrived), which is an additional safety issue. If I had been less mobile we would not have been able to access the cabin at all. Someone finally picked up our third safety concern call after being on hold for 20 minutes (again). Jerry was very helpful and said he would report this to the local team. This is both dangerous and unacceptable. The circumstances merit substantial financial compensation. I look forward to hearing back.
