This beautiful condo has on the seventh floor ocean front condominium in Nuevo Vallarta with breathtaking views of the Banderas Bay of Puerto Vallarta. This very spacious four bedroom and four and a half bathroom condominium is 2314 square feet and will comfortably sleep height guests. Free Wireless Internet with high-speed, cable for tvs and safety box available.

Enjoy the combination of the comfort of a private residence and a world class hotel resort with all the luxurious amenities such as 5 restaurants, 4 bars, roof top bar and sushi, 3 pools, hot tub, 3 championship golf courses, spa, gym, yoga, pool basketball, volley-ball, ping pong and kayak.

The waves break just right for boogie boarding practically every day and you can walk for miles along the soft sandy beach. Other beaches in Puerto Vallarta can be rocky and limited by barriers, not ours!

The condo is finished with fine granite and limestone surfaces and includes everything that you will need to enjoy your stay in the comfort of home. Of course, the amenities that you expect in a high end condo are all included

We are a gated community offering 24 hour security with on-site property manager. Located a short walk to Paradise Village where you will find grocery stores, shopping, restaurants as well as 24 hour medical assistance. We are 15 minutes away from the International Airport, and 25 minutes to downtown by taxi. Villa Magna Residence is located adjacent to 'Dreams Villa Magna', an all-inclusive 5-Star resort. Here you will find full service restaurants, lounges, spa, gym and kids club available to guests at a reduced rate. You have the availability to choose from various packages offered.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash the dishes and make sure that the dishwasher is empty. Clean the barbecue if you have used it. The bins must be empty and the bags must be placed in the waste chute located after the elevators.
Take out the recycling and place it in the appropriate bins that are in front of the ramp for underground parking. Do not make beds that have been used.
You have the option to leave the fresh and unused food in the refrigerator when you leave. The maintenance personnel will pick it up. Avoid discarding still good food. They will be very happy.

Everything was absolutely the best you could ever hope for. Not only is it a beautiful setting looking out over the pools and ocean, but the condo itself is fantastic. It is very well stocked with all the amenities you would need. We can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful Condo

My wife and I had a wonderful stay. The condo is very clean and well stocked with lots of towels and kitchen items. Beautiful view and great facility. We really appreciated working with Daniel our host who showed great flexibility in accommodating us when we had a problem with a booking at another resort.

Perfect stay

I booked this place for our family vacation. It was just perfect. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom so no waiting to take a shower. Daniel had everything we needed for our stay. The view was fantastic and the pools were wonderful. Make sure to take the Food and Mixology tour with Sylvia when visiting, it was the highlight of our trip.

This condo was everything my group could ask for! 4 spacious bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms and showers, a well equiped kitchen, a balcony with the most spectacular view and lots of beach equipment which was super fun for my little ones! Our host Daniel was super responsive and quick to fix any minor issues and his communication was top knotch! We had a wonderful time and we would definitely come back!

Wonderful Condo

This is our 5th time staying at the different condos in this complex. We love the area, the beach and pool amenities are awesome and the view from this condo was spectacular. The condo was very clean . What impressed us the most is how well it was stocked with nice touches to make our vacation even more special. The kitchen has everything one would need to cook meals, there were beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, toys, binoculars and boogie boards all available for use. We spent a lot of time on the patio and having the sun shade available for the late day sun was a great feature. Daniel was very responsive and all communications were easy and timely. We had a great stay and we absolutely be back.

Enjoyment Up High

We we were very pleased with Unit and it's furnishings! My friends really enjoyed having their own bathrooms. We like to cook our own meals between Restaurants for special stuff, this was very easy with the well appointed kitchen. Every evening the patio/balcony was a gathering place to take in the sights of both the facility and the offshore sights, with the help of furnished binoculars! We will plan to return next year!

Beautiful condo; beautiful location!

Our family of 6 adults enjoyed Daniel's condominium so much! It is beautiful, comfortable, & relaxing. The condo & the grounds are clean & well-maintained. Daniel was very helpful answering all my questions while planning the trip. Having the Dreams Resort on premise was convenient, too. We took advantage of their all-inclusive day passes for part of our vacation & certainly enjoyed the convenience of that (the food was better than I expected), but we also took a cab ride to the nearby grocery store and stocked up on food & drink supplies for the condo. It was wonderful to wake up in the morning and sit out on the balcony with my coffee taking in the gorgeous view. Daniel: Fajitas Republic was wonderful, just as you said it would be! Thank you for all your help. We had a wonderful family vacation!

Absolutely Fantastic

Our stay in Villa Magna, Daniel's unit was absolutely fantastic. We were a family of 4 (two adults with 5 year old twins) and enjoyed every minute of it. Before arriving, communication with Daniel was easy and very pleasant with quick response times. Upon arriving, we were blown away with the beauty of the condo. We have actual stayed in exact same floor plan in different tower 5 years ago and decor and cleanliness and view of Daniel's condo was unparalleled. Everything you could possibly need was there. Daniel even made sure to email the next day to make sure that everything was OK. Check in instructions were great, to the point of telling you what button to push in elevator and where to turn. Decorations were beautiful, beds were super comfortable, plenty of towels. Everything from dishes to furniture was high quality. We also loved keypad entry so we didn't have to worry about forgetting or losing keys. Place was more than spacious for the 4 of us so we purposely chose to lock off part of the condo as there was no reason for kids to run into it and mess up when we didn't need it. If you stay there, please treat place as if it were own -- turn off water, turn off lights, turn off AC when not in room so Daniel can continue to offer his place to others. We will definitely be back and hope to get Daniel's condo again! Resort itself is very nice as well but we spent most of our time on the beach and then enjoying evenings in the condo. We would like to venture out more but kids are still pretty young and place was too beautiful to leave.

By Far Best Vacation Ever!

We spent 8 glorious days at Daniel's condo. We are a family of 5 - 3 adults, 12 year old and 7 year old. The condo was exactly as pictured, clean, great location, AC, each room has its own private bathroom and all the ammenities you could ask for! We enjoyed sitting on the balacony and watching the amazing sunsets, plenty of beach towels, sand toys, wonderful beach and pools at the resort. We were their when the sea turtles were hatching, I had never seen live sand dollars but they were all over the beach. The resort itself is family friendly which is what we wanted. We felt very safe at the location, security was always friendly and helped with cabs. Couple of suggestions, be sure to exchange your dollars to pesos, before we did this cab drivers were giving us horrible exchange rates once we made the exchange all was well! Also, Wal Mart in Mexico is nothing like Wal Mart in the states! It was not a great experience. The Mega (which is short cab ride from the condo) was clean, reasonably priced and had GREAT variety -make the trip! There is also a small market at the paradise mall a little over 1 mile from the condo, you can walk (there is also a Starbucks at the mall)! We enjoyed walking for coffee in the morning. Great local resteraunts, amazing food and great prices we walked to several! We splurged on the all inclusive for 24 hours which is $86 a day for adults and 1/2 the price for kids - we were then offered an additional 24 hours for $60 for ALL of us. This was truly an awesome place and we are hoping to visit agian soon!! Thank you Daniel for sharing your home with us!!

Wonderful family vacation

Excellent vacation at Daniel’s place. Our family of 4 went with another family of 4 (8 total). There was plenty of room, good comfy beds, VERY well stocked kitchen!! The place also has beach towels, pool floats, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and boogie boards!!!! The kids age 6,9,10,15 had a great time. The pools are crystal clear and wel maintained. We could see the staff cleaning them every morning. The taco bar downstairs is very reasonable and we ate there several Times and the drinks are very reasonable. For shopping we went to the walmart and chedraui. Don’t go to Walmart. They were out of most things and it is not like a typical Walmart. Chedraui was very clean, lots of options- felt like a Kroger or Safeway. Both were only a $5 taxi about 10 minutes away. You need to bring your own bags- there are some In the condo. The property is on the dreams resort and we did not do the all inclusive. However, you can still participate in all the activities they have like kid arts and crafts, zumba, nightly shows and outdoor sports. No access to gym though. The beaches are nice and there were vendors selling but they were not pushy. We got a massage on the beach- it was excellent and I get monthly massages. Went to the ladies on the right. Overall I would highly recommend this place. Honestly we are considering coming back annually as it was such a nice experience, great location, easy to get around, large condo with everything you need. Loved it.

Amazing Condo, Highly recommend!!!!

First things first, Daniel was amazing to deal with and answered every question I had about our stay, and his communication was with us was immediate and very helpful. He helped us out with everything and made sure that we had the best vacation we could. The condo was everything we expected and more. He provides you with all the necessities to make your stay very comfortable. The Dreams property is a great place to be at, but the one thing I would say is to avoid the “All Inclusive” package at the resort. It wasn’t worth the money for the entire stay, but maybe for a day or two during. The staff at Dreams does really well, but the front desk was very disappointing. We were lied to by two ladies at the desk where you buy the all inclusive passes about what they included and what they didn’t. The condo has everything you need to cook each meal and the grocery store isn’t that far to get the groceries needed. The beach was very nice and we spent a lot of time there, and Daniel has chairs and an umbrella that make it easy to head down and not worry about getting a place to sit. He also has boogie boards and everything else needed to make the beach a lot of fun. The pools at Dreams are nice, but the lounge chairs are very limited, so we ended up at the beach more. The pools are very nice and kept at a really nice temperature, and the times we did sit by them had a lot of fun. Overall we had a lot of fun and really enjoyed our trip. I will definitely be back at Daniel’s place as he does go above and beyond to make sure your vacation is everything you want and expect. He works with you on check-in and check-out times based on your arrival and departure times. A great big Thank You to Daniel for everything he did!!!

Two weeks in Paradise

Three couples traveled to Neuvo Vallarta and enjoyed two weeks of paradise in Daniel's fabulous condo. His unit is one of the larger ones at Villa Magna and in the best building. We felt very safe at this gated community where the security guards in front were very helpful with getting us cabs. There were many restaurants within walking distance and cab rides were very inexpensive -- no need for a rental car. The description and photos of this unit are absolutely accurate -- what you see is what you get. Each couple had our own ensuite bathroom, and there was a still 1 and a half extra bathrooms -- no waiting! The fourth bedroom is used like an office which gave us a place to charge phones, tablets, etc. Beds were super comfortable. There were lots of towels and 1 or 2 beach towels for each person. Having a washer and dryer in our condo meant we could pack light and do the occasional load of laundry. The kitchen was roomy. Lots of counter space, plenty of dishes and glasses. Lots of pots, pans, casserole dishes and even plastic storage containers for leftovers. There were some extra paper products and the biggest roll of plastic wrap that I have ever seen! Not all rentals provide these sorts of things and it was much appreciated. The living area was great -- two good sized leather couches, a large coffee table, large tv (with limited cable stations) and a big table with seating for 8. Plus a big balcony with more table space and a grill. We had access to several pools, with enough loungers that we could always find one. The beach is fantastic -- Sandy, not rocky. Calm waters. Easy to go for long walks and look for shells. While it was possible for us to purchase a day pass at Dreams, we did not do this. We already had access to the pools and the beach. We had a great snack bar that is not part of the Dreams all-inclusive. And it is so inexpensive to eat at the local restaurants that we did not really consider paying for access to the Dreams restaurants. We were very happy to see that Villa Magna has bins for recycling. Favorite restaurants (either within walking distance or short cab ride): La Dolce Vita, Fajita Republic, Dinamite, Riviera Grille, Blue Shrimp, Sonora Sur, and 3X3 for breakfast. We went into Puerto Vallarta for two evenings and also enjoyed restaurants there and The Malecon, all decorated for the Dia de Muerte. Thanks to Daniel and his property manager (Pliar) for taking care of us -- we hope to return!

Great place!!!

We really enjoyed our vacation in Nuevo Vallarta. The Condo was great!! We were two families, 4 adults and 4 children, we all had a great time. Everything in the condo was in great shape, we had a some trouble with cable TV channels, other than that, everything worked perfect and you have all you can need. We even had a barbecue on the terrace, and enjoyed the view. Beach is beautiful, clean sand, and we always found a place to cover from the sun, both in the swimming pool area and on the beach front. There is a place for massages in a resort which is a couple of buildings to the right (looking at the beach), at unbelievable prices and really good!! I don't remember the name, but if you walk 5 minutes or less on the beach you will see the sign outside the resort. Thank's Daniel for everything!!!

Fantastic Condo

Fantastic clean condo, great location, couldn't have been better. We (5 ladies) found the condo completely enjoyable and so well stocked for our 11 day vacation. Everything you need is there. The pool, the beach, the grounds, lovely and clean. The location to shopping is great, 25 min. walk on the beach to Paradise Mall, a 10 min. cab ride to Bucerias. Thank you Daniel for all your helpful info and for providing such a well looked after condo. A return vacation is a must.

FANTASTIC CONDO!!

FANTASTIC CONDO! My two daughters and their families (three children ages 2, 5 and 7) and I rented this beautiful condo for a week during our spring break and enjoyed every second of our time there! To start with, when I first contacted Daniel about renting this unbelievable unit, he was so helpful and pleasant to talk to. When we checked into the unit, we were all so impressed by everything. The unit is beautiful and luxurious and is decorated and furnished as a designer home. It is kept in top notch and pristine condition and is immaculate! It has everything a person could possibly need or want to make you feel at home and relaxed. The unit is spacious, the beds are very comfortable, the linens are exceptional and abundant and the kitchen is very well equipped with anything you might need. The artwork is very beautiful – we loved it. The view is amazing and the patio furniture is wonderful - we loved the deck! There were boogie boards and beach toys for the children – so great that Daniel provided them. Daniel sent emails to make sure everything was going well during our stay. Our days were spent on the beautiful beach or at one of the gorgeous pools. The service at the Villa Magna condo entrance is very efficient and they are friendly and eager to assist. The staff at the hotel is second to none. We chose to purchase the all-inclusive bracelet for the entire time we were there and felt that it was very worthwhile for the excellent food and service we received. The resort is kept very tidy and clean. They definitely take very good care of their guests. However, if you would like to prepare your meals, there is everything you need and more in the condo and a barbecue on the spacious deck. There is very good shopping at Sunset Market in Paradise Village. We have stayed at Villa Magna on several occasions in the past six years, but this is by far the best condo that we have rented and we look forward to returning soon. From meeting Daniel at the door (great explanation of everything) to leaving 7 days later is was Just SIMPLY AMAZING!! we have rented Condo's many times in Villa Magna and Daniels unit has been the best so far! From simple things like storage containers for extra food, to Boogie boards, to lots of towels, to a great BBQ, and great couch's, and best of all, VERY GOOD BEDS..

Beautiful Condo with even better views of sunset, ocean and beach!!

My wife and I plus our 4 children recently spent an absolutely wonderful 2 weeks in Daniel's condo which proved to not only be MORE than spacious enough for 6 of us (considering the kids age ranges 5 to 20) but also felt like home! We arrived to a clean, well kept place that had everything needed (minus the food). The furnishings were very nice yet kid friendly so we didn't worry about having to constantly watch our 5 year old. The mornings on the balcony presented you with cool ocean breeze, sounds of waves and birds chirping while the evenings presented some of the most stunning sunsets. The pools were awesome!! They were clean, never crowded, and a pleasant break from the gorgeous HOT sunny weather. The personnel that worked for the Dreams Resort were extremely friendly and always willing to assist you (as a renter). The food/drink Cabana located by the pools (not part of the "All Inclusive") served delicious food and great drinks. We ate out quite often (pretty much every night) and loved our walks to the local restaurants in the area. The few times we did take a taxi the cost was minimal (avg. 70 Peso). The local people were very friendly and we always felt safe. The beach was clean and the local vendors were very nice. We often walked the beach in the mornings (sand was much cooler) and just enjoyed the beauty that Nuevo had to offer. This was the first time any us had been to NV, Mexico and WE DID OT WANT TO LEAVE!! I would recommend anyone that is looking for a truly relaxing vacation with AWESOME accommodations to contact Daniel.

Highly Recommended with Fabulous Views!

This was our first visit to the Casa de LaVoie and we really enjoyed it! The condo was spacious and when you open the patio doors, you feel like you are right on the ocean. The sunset views were stunning! We loved that everyone had their own rooms and bathrooms and that we were able to do laundry and cook in whenever we wanted. The pools were never too crowded and the beach out front was secluded and clean. We had an amazing time and quite honestly, we didn't want to leave! Thank you LaVoie family. We loved the personal note from your child on the bedroom mirror!

My husband and I have visited many places in Mexico and we have to say that this is the very best spot we have found! The beauty in Daniel's condo is that it is spacious, well appointed and the art is lovely. The deck with the ocean view....sunsets every night....makes it hard to leave this paradise so you may find yourselves cooking in more than you thought! The Dreams resort on the premises is a nice add on because you have access to their many pools and can buy into the all inclusive for any 24 hour period. The really unusual aspect is that this location is not super busy at Spring Break so you are not competing for pool loungers. A highlight for us is the eight mile beach which is totally walkable. Even better is the boogie boarding which we loved doing with two 22-year-olds! I would keep this place a secret and am only telling you about it because my husband is waiting for hip surgery so sadly we cannot book this time next year. You will be smart and lucky if you do! Why they chose this property

Villa Magna is in an ideal location being close to both historic Puerto Vallarta and the airport. Mexico has many wonderful and beautiful locations, but we found Villa Magna to have the perfect balance of secluded beaches, luxury pools, beauty, and serenity. The diverse culture of historic Puerto Vallarta is just a 25 minute ride south. It is close to almost any activity you want to do, as well as restaurants, etc.

What makes this property unique

The kitchen comes fully equipped with all of the utensils and amenities to assist in your meal preparation. There is a huge balcony fully furnished to enjoy meals and spectacular sunsets. 4 1/2 baths a definite plus. The unit also includes a full sized washer and dryer for your convenience. LCD 42' television with cable hookup is provided in the main living area. Wi-fi Internet service is provided along with a business desk for all computer communication and surfing. There are boogie boards and a host of other beach toys.
