Historic Galleria Mall & Uptown Park are less than 2 miles away, and Memorial Park is just an eight minute drive.

FULLY FURNISHED - Features a living room with fireplace, private patio, 50 inch Smart HDTV, free high speed WiFi internet. The kitchen boasts granite counter tops, stainless appliance, cookware, glassware and breakfast bar and is open to the living room and dining area. The tasteful and modern decor and furniture creates a comfortable space to live. The master suite has a large walk in closet and gorgeous bathroom with large walk-in shower and a queen bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with a large window looking out the patio. There is a full bathroom in a hallway and laundry room with full size washer & dryer.

The home has been professionally cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival.

We provide:
Bath soap, shampoo, lotion, body wash, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent and toiletries for first two weeks of the stay.
Complimentary bottled water, coffee and tea.

Check-in: 3:00pm - 8:00pm
Check-out : before 11 am
✧ The house information and check-in procedures will be sent to you one day before your arrival.
✧ Early check-in and late check-out can be possible upon the room availability.

✧Parking is limited to 2 vehicle(s).
One assigned covered parking spot and one guest parking is subject to space availability (gate access control).

Please Note: Outside the unit there’s a security camera near the front door.
And No camera inside the unit (we respect our guest’s privacy)!

House rules:
Please, consideration of neighbors, no parties, no illegal activities, no smoking or pets in the condo, no food in the bedrooms.and keep the property in a reasonably clean and sanitary and free from objectionable odors.

Checkout time is before 11am
Please keep the property in the same condition upon departure as at check-in:
put your dirty towels in the laundry room, put your dirty dishes in the dishwasher, take out your trash, turn off the lights and AC, close / lock windows and patio doors and lock door,,Thank you!

No Pets and / or Animal Service

Cancel policy: 14 days before check-in will get a 100% refund and 7-14 days before check-in will get a 50% refund. At least one guest must be 23 or older.
