Three floor house. First floor has a spacious sitting area with TV, bathroom and laundry room. Second floor has the main living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and 1 bedroom with a Queen bed. Third floor has one bedroom with 2 Full size beds and another bedroom with a King size bed.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
There isn't residential trash pick up. Trash must be brought to the compactor prior to leaving the community. If trash is left in the house, a $5 per bag fee will be charged after checkout.
Please make sure all doors are locked, all heating and cooling units are turned off. Please make sure all windows are closed. Turn off all the lights and make sure the dishwasher has been emptied.
Please make sure the grill propane tank has been turned off and the grill and all outdoor furniture has been covered back up.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
This is a very quiet and peaceful area. Please be courteous to the neighbors by limiting outside noise.
Absolutely no parties, may result in immediate eviction. Do not leave any food or garbage outside as there is a lot of wildlife in the area.

It was a great time there. The lakes were great and the campfire was a perfect end to the evening. Kids enjoyed the house and the dog loved the big porch. Andrea was super responsive to our questions! Loved the floating slides on the lake.
