The 3rd bedroom is perfect for the kids with 2 twin beds and an additional bathroom. The huge patio runs the length of the unit with plenty of room for lounging and alfresco dining. The unit is equipped with all the comforts of home, including a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, hair dryer, towels and linens. The Las Mananitas complex boasts 3 large pool/spa/BBQ areas, tennis/pickle ball courts, fitness room and putting green. Walk across the street to La Comer, Starbucks, restaurants, etc. Take the local bus, taxi or Uber to downtown San Jose del Cabo (10 mins) or into Cabo San Lucas (30 mins). Walk for miles on the expansive beach that is right outside the door!

Great location for family vacation

Just as it looks in the listing, great location right on the expansive and quiet beach, very clean, nicely manicured grounds and amenities, well stocked kitchen, plenty of space for large family, large covered patio perfect for sunrise and sunset. Easy access to anything along the Cabo corridor. Several restaurants and a grocery store within easy walking distance. Plenty of parking. Safe neighborhood. No issues or complaints at all, would definitely use again!

Our favorite location!

This is our 3rd time staying in the development and first time staying in this specific unit. We loved everything about the condo, it was well stocked with plenty of towels, linens etc for our stay. We love the proximity to the beach, San Jose and the local stores for groceries and eating out. The unit worked perfectly for our family and we hope to return again next year. Kelly was very responsive to any queries. 10/10 would reccomend!
