This house is cute, clean and in a great location. We (2 adults, 3 children ages 5, 3 and 8 months) stayed for a week. Getting into the house was very easy and the owner was very quick to respond to messages. When we arrived, the house was in pristine condition. It was EXACTLY as we had imagined it based on the pictures. The neighborhood is pretty quiet. We used the kitchen for at least one meal per day. We ended up using all 3 bedrooms: the bedrooms were a little bit bigger than I imagined, which was great because we were able to set up a Pack-n-Play crib in the bedroom with the double bed; it would have also fit in the master, but it was nice to have the baby in a separate room. The 5 and 3 year old slept in the bunk beds. We used the tub and shower; water pressure was decent and hot water was plenty. The house was very comfortable, and the AC worked great (we never had to adjust the temperature our whole stay) and was very quiet. The house is in walking distance to Wings Grove Beach, which is a cute pond with a sandy area and a playground. We hung out in the Kid Cave to watch movies, play checkers and use the inflatable basketball hoop. It's a great space that I could imagine being even more fun if our kids were a little older. The wifi and cable worked great. The deck was nice, and there is a grill (we did not end up using it).
The house is easy to get to and very well located-- only a few minutes away from pretty much anything you could imagine: less than 5 minute drive to supermarket, Dunkin' Donuts (necessary when traveling with 3 small kids!), restaurants, and Yartmouth-Dennis Cape League baseball. In addition to visiting beaches, we visited pretty much all of the mid-Cape towns during our stay and everywhere we went took less than 25 minutes of driving. We hope we can come back to this house next year.
