This comfortable lake front studio in Waterloo is a cozy bedroom featuring a comfortable queen bed and bathroom with shower. This adorable , above garage retreat is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Enjoy the serenity of sitting lake side with your coffee or afternoon cocktail during your stay. Fall in love with Lake Greenwood and enjoy the beauty and calmness it has to offer. Wet dock space available for additional fee with certain restrictions. . Public boat ramp is just across the lake for your access to launch your boat or jet skis. Washer/Dryer use can also be provided for a nominal fee.
Apartment has big screen TV , WIFI, A/C, a full kitchen and a perfect lake view. Private entrance and parking provided. Guests will have exclusive use of the side porch for stunning sunsets and lake views. Very close to Break on the Lake restaurant. Non shedding , small dogs possibly allowed to stay with additional security deposit. No smoking indoors.
