Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No subletting or assignment of this rental is allowed. Only the Guest and approved second guest may occupy the premises.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 11:00 AM — please respect neighbors. No playing loud music outdoors. No parties, gatherings, or events permitted.
