This lovely home has 5 bedrooms and 2 3/4 baths . Sleeps 14 has an unobstructed view of Moses Lake and is just yards from the park with access to a public boat launch and no charge boat mooring. There is a large patio with a firepit. There is a gas fireplace and a home theater with an 82" TV. A crib is available. The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, oven & large fridge. Room for off street for boat or trailer

The house is in a great location and is very spacious. We had plenty of room for the 10 people staying at the house. However - the house could really use a deep cleaning. Particularly of note - the kitchen pantry and drawers were extremely dirty, including the dishes and utensils. We had to wash every dish / utensil before using them. The upstairs bedrooms were clean. Some of the mattresses are old and uncomfortable and should be replaced. Overall, our stay was fine. The house served its purpose and gave us a place hang out with family.

We have rented this home several times over the last 4 or 5 years when we come over with 8-9 people to work. We spend very little time at the house, but it is nice being able to cook rather than go out to eat every meal.Over that time there have been a few minor concerns. However, Charles has always been good with the communication and taken care of the issues right away.

Our First Moses Lake mini Vacation

Nice House in a newer Development. Very quiet area.The sunsets over the lake were spectacular.The house was very spacious with plenty of seating and dining areas.

The host was available after one unsuccessful attempt. The first impression of the home was it was perfect for our weekend. Three old(er) men, longtime friends getting together for a weekend of football games. Plenty of space for gathering and a bedroom/bath for each of us. Then we had a bit of panic finding out there were no tv sets that were wifi capable and no portal (ie Roku) devices to allow us to access Amazon Prime which had one of the playoff games.

Great stay with a view and cozy comfort

We had a great time here. The location is quiet and close to the lake, with a beautiful view that made mornings extra peaceful. The beds were comfy, rooms were spacious, and the check-in/out process was super easy. We grilled steaks on the little charcoal grill, which was a nice bonus. The kitchen had everything we needed, though it was a bit unorganized—but it felt like staying in someone’s real home, which gave it charm. Would definitely stay again.

Close to the Sand Dunes!!

We loved staying at this beautiful home! It’s about 10 minutes away from the Sand Dunes and very close to convenient stores. Great view 😍

Great Place

This house is very nice and a great location. Awesome view of the lake with a fire pit and plenty of lawn chairs. Kitchen had everything including a traditional coffee maker and pour over. The beds were comfortable and lots of places to sleep. Highly recommend staying here.

Plenty of room for 14 people

This was a fun and relaxing place to stay. We had a great view of the fireworks during the 4th. The 2 main hang out areas were far enough apart it helped us not feel too crowded or that we lacked personal space. There were plenty of linens. The kitchen was big enough that our 2 families staying there weren't stepping on each others' toes and had space for all our food. There were books and toys for all ages. On the whole a pleasant place to stay. We'd be willing to stay there again.
