About this property

A Gem in Lower East Side

This unique place has a style all its own. it is a fully renovated spot with 3 bedrooms, a nice living room, private terrace, washer/dryer, a large bathroom and it's on the 2nd floor. The subway station is only 2 blocks away and it's in a great neighborhood filled with restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. For dining, there is a table that opens up and accommodates up to 5 people. We are a group of hosts who are very responsible and aim for 5 star ratings and we live up to the challenge. We would love it if you stay with us and so will you.

The apartment was clean and well kept. I think generally the biggest issue was the heating at night which no one warms you about that the heating shuts off and the apartment gets freezing and 2 of my kids got really sick from this and when I messaged at 1 am they told me to plug in the heaters that each room had- pretty ridiculous and while its definitely the age of the building it would have been nice to know up front
