This is a recently remodel condo located at the heart of Lauderdale Lakes in a gated community. The community is well kept and its located close to a Park for walking, running, and playing sports. It is within 10 minutes to Downtown Fort Lauderdale and near major medical centers.
This is a private bedroom with your own bathroom. The room is spacious and a cozy one bedroom with a comfortable queen bed. Ideal for one person and It is available for mid to long term rental. The room includes Free parking, WiFi with Smart TV in the room.
You will have access to the common areas of the house - kitchen, living room, dining area, patio and pool during your stay.
Prior to arrival you will be given an access code to access the unit. This code will be the last 4 digits of your phone number used to book this stay.
This is our second home. We are rarely onsite and you will have the condo to yourself.
