Located in the very peaceful, family friendly neighborhood of Victoria Park, steps away from Holiday Park. Walking distance to downtown Fort Lauderdale, Las Olas, Fat Village, one block from Holiday Park (dog park included,) and many other surrounding businesses & great restaurants! This home features a secluded, fenced in outside patio, free parking for up to 4 cars, and a full laundry room.


• Pets are welcome, * (there is a non refundable pet fee of $50.)
• Propane for the grill is provided, free of charge.

* - Our guests comfort & health is most important to us. Please note, if any animal waste is left on property and not properly discarded of, in or outdoors, will resort in a $50 removal fee per waste. Security Cameras located on exterior of property facing driveway. Noise Detection device located inside of property in the living room(required by city to monitor decibel levels. Come stay at this home and make it an epic Holliday!

We had a wonderful time. The house was just perfect. We are planning to book it again. The location is just what we wanted and it was not only clean, but everything we needed was there. My communication with Brent was great. It took us a while to figure out the TV but that's on us. We absolutely loved it. Thank you.

Great location!

The location was in a very nice area. Close to the main roads, grocery store, and Holiday Park is right out back. The park is huge and perfect for walking/running and many other activities.Loved the outdoor space at the house. Used the bbq grill a couple of times. So nice to sit out in the evenings. Very private as well.Nice and quiet at night and never heard our neighbors. Felt very safe there with all the security. Brent was very generous supplying us with tp, paper towels, soap and even coffee. The only thing negative for us was the bed was way too soft for our older bodies. We prefer something firmer. Enjoyed our stay and we were blessed with great weather.

Perfect Spot

The house was exactly as listed. When we walked in it was all smiles. Big screen tv, comfortable couch, desk,full sized fully stocked kitchen, and a nice mattress. Even the bathroom was perfect. I was able to shower without rubbing the wall or door. A very large shower, easily fits 2. The yard was enclosed, we had privacy and security and comfort . The neighborhood was quiet and within walking distance to a large park. There is a playhouse theater that offers all sort of shows. We saw an eagles tribute band. The movie theater is walkable but we drove. The beach and restaurants are an easy drive and every store you can think of is near. No complaints

Home away from home for myself and my little fur babies.

This duplex is lovely. My dogs and I walked into a spotless apartment. Everything we needed was ready for us, including a basket full of dog toys, a dog bed, water, food bowls, dishes, towels, a coffee maker, paper towels, silverware, etc. The washers and dryers were clean and worked well. The yard is immaculate, and the area is terrific. The building is located about one mile from the ocean and a quarter mile from Holiday park, where there are two large dog parks, walking paths, tennis courts, two football fields, and a basketball court. Honestly, for the price, this place could not be more accommodating. I was pleasantly surprised.

Fantastic property

The duplex is amazing. Beautifully decorated and very well equipped for your stay. Nice patio with lighting and washer and dryer included. Nice quiet area with lots of restaurants. Close to beach. But the best part is the owner. I’ve stayed at many VRBO’s and while it’s always been a good experience but never as good as this. Brent has gone above and beyond to ensure you have an enjoyable. Always get back to you with any questions within a few minutes. Would have given a higher rating but 5 star is the highest.
