Dawn’s place was pleasant and relaxing

Dawn was great about communicating with us. We had to postponed our first night due to my wife health. She was very kind to push the days so we could stay 2 nights. Great place to park your boat if you want to fish Lake Dunlap.

Overall Great Stay! Dawn is great!

The place was just as listed, and Dawn was very responsive and available. The only challenge that we had was laundry there is not a washing machine or dryer in the unit. Otherwise very cozy.

We didn’t realize this was a n end of a mobile home. The unit has a door between the owners part and the rental we stayed in. There was a large vent up on the wall over the door. that anyone could look through and hear everything. It was very unsettling. We could hear every sound coming from the other side of the door as well. The rental was in a mobile home park with a lot of coming and going all night. The bathroom outlet kept tripping when used. Most disturbing was the instructions to wash any dishes we used but there was no sink. We are Nurses and the thought of washing food dishes in the bathroom was so unsanitary. We used none of it. I’m not sure that would pass any health inspection. I don’t think you should advertise a kitchenette unless you in fact have a sink. The bed was marginal and creaky. Cheap mattress and not comfortable. Overall we would not recommend unfortunately.
