About this property

Private and Cozy 2-bedroom Unit in Central San Jose

PRIVATE and new kitchen/appliances in a nicely maintained multi-family home/townhouse. 2-3 minutes’ drive to freeways: 101, 880, and 680. Rental bikes, fast food and grocery within 3 minutes walk. Help yourself to the fruit trees in our shared backyard, if in the season. We don't have cleaning fees (appreciate to take care of your general cleaning please). Looking forward to hosting you at our place!

I´ll provide a super clean house and appreciate a clean house to avoid cleaning charges. Recommended laundry: 1 load biweekly for long term stay.
Copy of government issued ID needed. House rule violation fee can be around $90-400 depending on the issue. Backyard/patio, are shared with 2units.
We don't have central AC since it doesn't get too hot typically but we have a portable AC (for small additional cost). laundry shared with 2units.
