Clean, private, cozy, host very easy to get ahold of and very kind. Only downside is the beds are not super comfy, other than that it was a nice stay. Unfortunate the area is sketchy due to alot of homeless and drug users, the building is safe and parking is safe, super quick walk over to the arena! Will be back

This was a perfectly kept beautiful two bedroom apartment! Every essential you could need and more… It is literally a five minute walk from Rogers Place, which is how it is advertised. The underground parking was delightful in this cold weather. The host was fantastic and answered any questions we had! I would highly recommend this place to stay for an Oilers game or any visit to downtown Edmonton!!!

My colleague and I stayed for a week in June for a work trip. We appreciated the security the building offered as the area is sketchy but we felt safe within the building. We found the kitchen stocked well enough for our needs and we appreciated the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The owner checked in on us to make sure everything was ok. Thank you!

Didn't Disappoint

The unit itself was fantastic. Everything is as shown in the listing. The beds were comfortable, the unit was clean and bright. There was alot of garbage around the building due to the homeless population around the building. But not the fault of the building and owner.

We stayed here with our pets. The owner was very good at communicating and the unit was clean and well maintained. Our only knock on the place is the location in an area of Edmonton's downtown where homelessness and other activities are common. We felt safe in the unit and the parkade but less safe on the street at night.

The place was not clean. Glasses in cupboard - two had lip marks on them, cabinets and cupboards needed cleaned and wiped down, dust bunnies and dirt in bath tubs. Towels were very thin/cheap. Very loud tenants living near us, bed did not look like it had been changed when we arrived and towels hanging over the shower. Disappointed.

Sorry to hear that you felt that way. Am the one cleaned all the stuff and changed the bedding. I noticed that the marks on the glass are finger prints. Also we used to hang washed towels in the wash room for guest easy access. Thank you.
