Welcome to your perfect getaway in Centennial, Colorado! Just 20 minutes south from downtown Denver, less than 10 minutes to the Denver Tech Center (DTC), and 90 minutes to world-class skiing, this spacious home is ideal for families, large groups, and traveling professionals. Enjoy the private, peaceful outdoor living area with a hot tub, dining space, fire pit, and smart TV. With room for 12 guests, fast WiFi, and several dedicated workspaces, it’s the perfect blend of comfort, fun, convenience, and relaxation.

This southwestern mid-century modern ranch home is over 3,100 square feet with 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. It can sleep 10 adults + two kids. (A pack 'n play is provided on the property at no extra charge). There are four Smart TV's in the house. (Three 55" - including one outside in the outdoor living space - and one 75" in the basement with movie theater recliner seating.)

Inside, enjoy a cozy fire (burner logs provided) after a long-day. There are several remote work areas throughout the house, including two rooms with doors which can be shut for focused work. The house has FAST WIFI (fiber internet), which extends to the outdoor living space in the backyard.

The outdoor living space is big, private, secluded, and peaceful, containing a hot tub with seating for seven people, a 55" smart ROKU tv, dining area, gas grill, and a gas fire pit with Adirondack chairs.

The house is right by Greenwood Village and less than 10 minutes to the Denver Tech Center (DTC). You can get to downtown Denver in 20 minutes and are only 90 minutes from incredible skiing (Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and A-Basin).

Enjoy walking distance (less than 1 mile) to shopping, restaurants, and other amenities such as Trader Joe's, Starbucks, sushi, brunch, donuts, clothing boutiques, and more.

Great for families, big groups, and traveling professionals visiting Colorado or staying for an extended period of time in the Denver-area. Large home, big yard, fun activities, and a peaceful neighborhood.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please lock the front door & the back doors, but leave the door into the garage unlocked. Please close the garage with keypad when leaving.
Please turn off all lights and unplug the coffee machine, toaster, and any other small appliances that were used in the kitchen.
Please cover the hot tub, outdoor tv, grill, and fire pit before leaving. IMPORTANT: If these items are still hot, please leave them uncovered.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Garbage and recycling pickup is Wednesday morning. If you are staying on Tues/Wed, please take bins that are full in garage to curb for pickup.
Only the fireplace on the first floor may be used. The fireplace in the basement and in the master bedroom are currently not in use.

Quick trip to the Centennial atea and Roman’s place was perfect! Conveniently located, being just a short drive to both downtown Denver and Lone Tree. Roman was very communicative and a great host! Will definitely consider staying here again!

Adorable and clean home in a nice quiet neighborhood. We were in the area for our daughter’s wedding in Littleton and wanted a space large enough to have our immediate family together for the first time in 5 years. Had a great backyard space for family to come visit the day before wedding and socialize versus being in hotel rooms. Communication with host was quick and helpful. Even gave us some local insights for the older kids to check out in the area. Would DEFINITELY recommend. Gave us enough space and privacy for our large family.

Large, Well Maintained, Comfortable Property with Many Extras

This property was a pleasant surprise with plenty of room for everyone whether you wanted your own space to read/journal or a place to play board games or watch a movie together. The outdoor hot tub felt great in the cold weather as did the indoor jazucci bath tub. The kitchen was fully furnished, so we were able to cook our own meals. Great property.

Family friendly home in a quite neighborhood!!!

This was truly a hidden gem! We rented out the house for 8 adults and everyone was able to have their own space! The house was extremely family friendly and overall was amazing. There are two floors, the main floor has two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and office space that can be an additional bedroom. The basement floor has the entertainment system, two bathrooms, two bedrooms. It was amazing to see all the space but also feel so close together. There is a crib on site and plenty of toys and things that you would need for the young ones. We loved staying here!
