This 4 bed 3 bath w/ hot tub, is a completely unique, interactive & immersive Alice in Wonderland experience just minutes away from hiking trails, Chatfield, and Roxborough State Park. Quiet Hours: To respect our neighbors, we do not offer hot tub or patio use between the hours of 9:30 PM and 7:00 AM.

In that case, we’ll schedule assistance for the following day. The earlier you reach out, the more likely we can resolve the issue the same day. Outside of our general support hours, we have an after-hours answering service that records all messages and can answer common questions. Our team reviews these messages the following morning to ensure any issues are addressed as soon as possible.
We offer two propane refill options:

Guests can request a propane delivery and installation for a fee. This service is not guaranteed and is best if arranged in advance.
Self-Refill (Reimbursement Available)
Guests may refill propane themselves. We will reimburse up to $30 per full tank per appliance with a valid receipt.
