This is a cozy place, in a quiet neighborhood. It has everything we needed for a comfortable stay with 3 people. We like to cook and share food. We found the kitchen and outdoor grill space very accommodating.

Clean, up to date furnitures and appliances, smells fresh and clean inside. We mainly just need to a place to sleep. We were gone all day visiting families. Communication with host was fast and easy.

My overall experience was wonderful very nice neighborhood very peaceful and relaxing. Communication was a A. I love everything about my stay every thing was so convenient to go to from gas stations to grocery stores a must stay u wont be disappointed.

Winter 2025

This house is very clean & comfy. We enjoyed sitting out in the patio area & grilling. Everything is exactly like the pictures & it smells amazing from all the nite lite plug-ins. Plenty of great restaurants nearby, parks by the river & antique stores in every direction as well as 2 Flea markets within about 30 miles. Hosts responded quickly to any?'s. They also provided many supplies we didn't expect & checked to see if we needed anything! Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Very clean, nice home in very quiet neighborhood.. close to downtown pt neches and Magnolia, so you're close to lots of places to eat and groceries. Car port was nice with all the rain while I was there! That's Southeast Texas for ya! Stayed at Kayla's property a couple times now and it's been great!
