The kitchen opens onto the backyard .
Large and private backyard with patio sets, new gas BBQ, and large outdoor shower. Our backyard is perfect for relaxing and or entertaining. We provide pillows and sheet sets and light summer blankets for all beds.

We have one security camera in the front of the house and one on the west side where tenants have no access. They will be on during your stay. We use our home ourselves and enjoy it tremendously!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Remove all food from fridge and freezer and cabinets and throw out. Throw out all house garbage. Household garbage goes in tall cans in bin(so deer cannot get into it)

Recycling goes in small recycling cans. Cardboard gets compressed and tied and placed street side of the white picket fence.(cording to tie up cardboard is in the kitchen window bowl)

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
