Fun getaway.

My family and my sister’s family celebrated Thanksgiving here. The property was just as described, sleeping 16. The kitchen was a little cramped but most people will probably not cook like we did. We had a full Thanksgiving dinner. The younger ones stayed in the basement and complained about it being cold the entire time. We didn’t see an air unit down there or anyway to turn the heat up. A heater tower or alternate heating source would be nice. The refrigerator was very nice allowing for extra room for food. The lot was big with plenty of room for the kiddos to run around. We thoroughly enjoyed the fire pit out back with the seating around it. The owner was very nice and responsive. She made sure we had everything we needed while away from home. The whole experience was enjoyable.

I am from Kings Mountain NC and my husband is from Ashton ID. We love to take our kids and fur babies on hikes, camping, and swimming. Our home in Asheville was our primary residence for over a decade and we absolutely loved every minute of it. Work took us away but we still visit our home away from home too. We can't wait to share it with you too!

Why they chose this property

Our house is located near everything! We are 5 minutes from the Biltmore and breweries. A quick drive of 7 minutes to be in downtown with all the great restaurants and shopping. The Blueridge Parkway entrance in also only 5 minutes away!

What makes this property unique

Our house has a level lot and plenty of space for parking as well as hosting larger groups.
