Location location location, its super well located with most larger amenities within 30mins or less. Public lake within 3 mins of house with beach front, restaurant, live entertainment and lake access for a few dollars per person for entire day!
What makes this property unique
With plenty of on site amenities and many within minutes of the home, creates an all around experience for guests to enjoy all year round. Resortworld Casino, Kartrite indoor waterpark, ski and snow tubing are a few to mention within 30min or less. Delaware river to go white water rafting, fishing or tubing down the river with give epic memories! River is located 10-15min from the house. Out door entertainment area will keep everyone entertained while relaxing and creating new memories. Bethal woods center of the arts is also the site where famous woodstock festival was held in the late 60’s
