Welcome to your home base in the Smoky Mountains! This third-floor condominium sleeps up to 6 and puts you within easy reach of Ober Mountain, Mynatt Park, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, with access to indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs.



The Space:

Settle into a comfortable, family-friendly condo designed for relaxing between mountain adventures. Sleeping up to 6 across two private bedrooms and a loft, the home offers two full bathrooms so everyone has space to refresh.

The main living area centers around a seasonal wood-burning fireplace (October–March), perfect for cozy evenings after a day on the trails or slopes. You’ll find smart TVs in select sleeping spaces for laid-back movie nights and a laptop-friendly workspace for checking in with the office when needed.



Resort-style amenities add to the ease of your stay: enjoy the indoor heated pool and two indoor spas (open daily), a seasonal outdoor heated pool, a communal playground, and on-site laundry. An outdoor BBQ grill and first-come, first-served lot parking for up to 2 vehicles round out the convenient perks.

Important Things to Note

• Third-floor unit with no elevator; stairs are required. The home has stairs—see photos for details.

• This is a no-pet community.

• Pools & spas: Outdoor heated pool available Memorial Day–Labor Day. The indoor heated pool and two indoor spas are open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:45 PM.

• Communal playground available to guests.

• Communal laundry on site.

• Parking: Lot parking for up to 2 vehicles is first come, first served.

• Fireplace: Seasonal wood-burning fireplace is available October through March. Firewood is not provided.

• WiFi is provided; however, due to our mountain location, internet and cell service in the Smoky Mountains can be spotty or occasionally unavailable.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Location logistics: Within about a 5-minute drive, you can reach Ober Mountain for year-round fun, enjoy Mynatt Park’s picnic spots and inclusive playground, and access scenic hiking trails and visitor info at the Great Smoky Mountains National Park Headquarters.
