Loved the condo for what we needed, but the cleaning wasn’t completely finished. Found food, beer can and past guest clothing under living room furniture. Everything else was great.
Just as described. Unit was clean and in a great location. The snowflake lift was a block up and to the right. Perfect walking distance. Great for snow sports. Loft is hard to use for adults. Would stay again

The condo was in a great location, close to a bus stop and the snowflake lift. There was a well stocked kitchen and we were very comfortable.

Thank you for staying with us and for your review! We are so happy to hear your Grand Welcome Vacation experience and hope to host you again soon, either here or at one of our many locations across the country.
So convenient to walk to Snowflake lift and ski back. Walking distance from shopping/eating in Breckenridge. Unit was outdated but checked every box we needed. Would stay here again.

Hi, Jennifer! Thanks for leaving your review! So glad to hear that you enjoyed the property. We can't wait to host you again!
Excellent accommodation right next to the slopes. Just a short walk to the ski lift. Clean and well presented with everything you need, including access to a hot tub.
Our family (ages 15-adult) stayed at this condo and enjoyed frequent walks each day into the heart of Breckenridge. Five minutes from the door we enjoyed the river, restaurants and the people of this beautiful town. From this condo we enjoyed adventures on the gondola ride up the mountain (free) to hiking a nearby 14er. We are grateful for this space to call home for a few days!
We loved our stay here! It is on the third floor which became increasingly harder after a couple days of skiing. The temperature of the condo was pretty toasty, and the fireplace isn’t actually useable. But happy we made the trip here!
Stayed for 7 nights in late March. Unit for perfect for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. The ski off from the 4 O'clock run was great. The walk up to the Snowflake lift was only 2 blocks and not bad. The unit was well equipped and had everything we needed for a great stay. The communal laundry only had one washer/dryer for the 9 units and reminded me of my days in college having to wait on others to clear their stuff. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The short distance to shops/restaurants was a nice part of staying in Breck.
The property worked out great for us. We have a family of 4 and turns out both girls stayed in the loft. You never know if teens will need their own space. The two bathrooms was great. The kitchen was adequate but one burner didn’t work. We liked the coffee pot and appreciated the filters. Overall, the decor was cute but a bit outdated. The view was ok-we loved the sound of the rushing stream but there was also a dirt pile behind us. We are from a lower elevation so the 2 flights of stairs were tough for us I hate to say! The hot tub and pool were nice. The pool was a few blocks away. The location is great-close to town via a trail or the road. I assume in the wi tee it would be good too. You can start hikes right from the property
Everything is as described except there is only one parking permit available to us after we checked in.
The apartment is at the top floor of a building. You will have to carry your luggage up the stairs. The ski locker is located on the third floor as well.
There are plenty of space. Both bedrooms are small but served the purpose. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cookware. Different areas of the apartment has its own temperature control, which makes the whole place warm and cozy in the winter.
Undoubtedly the loft area was a hit among our children. It is only suitable for children that is a bit older because they have to climb a wall ladder to get to the loft area.
Everyday we walked couple of blocks uphill to get to snowflake lift. It is a bit hard in ski boots but you can also take free yellow shuttle. We were able to ski Four’o clock back to the apartment which was super convenient.
Overall I would highly recommend this apartment.

Thank you for reviewing your stay at our 4 O'clock Ski In property, Teresa! We're so happy you enjoyed your overall stay. We hope to host you and your family in the future!
The property wasn't exactly as It was stated in the listing. Some of the pictures are inaccurate and the description isn't entirely correct.
Furthermore, a mirror was broken prior to my arrival and the company stated that we broke the mirror. They said the information was in the listing which was incorrect. The property manager arrived as we were checking out, did a walk through and didn't say anything about the mirror at all. I would not recommend staying at any property that's managed by THE GRAND WELCOME. They will charge you for things that you did not order or break. Very crooked company

We are sorry that you did not have a five star stay. This property is as stated and the pictures are accurate. If you felt this was the case, we would have welcomed your comments during your stay, so that we could have rectified any errors and made for a better visit for you. Not once during your visit did you reach out with any issues. Our team of inspectors and cleaners do a thorough inspection of every home before and after every check in. After your check out, we found the broken mirror which was not broken prior to your arrival, so we did charge you for damages. We found it curious that you said you noticed it and tried to fix it yourself, but yet didn't mention that to us until we charged you. We did not charge you for anything you did not order as you stated. We are an honest and fair company and didn't charge you for your unapproved late checkout as a courtesy. Again, we are sorry that this was not a five star stay for you, but your review is crooked to use your word.

Still haven't heard from "onsite team"
Our stay was great, except for one major issue. The first day, getting ready in our room we found the carpet to be wet. We found an old rickety fan in the closet and put it on the carpet for the day. When we returned home it was even more wet-- too wet to stand on with socks or they would soak through all the way from the closet to the bed (so basically the only open floor in the small bedroom). We contacted Grand Welcome, who responded right away and said someone would take care of it. That was 1/1/23 and it is now 1/15/23 and we haven't heard from anyone. Such a bummer for an overall great vacation. I wouldn't suggest staying here- there is clearly a leak in the wall, that no one is responding to. A very unresponsive "onsite team".

We apologize that you could not provide a five star review. I'm not sure if they was a miscommunication on our end, but locally, we were not made aware of a leak until after your departure. We did inspect the day you left and found the floors to be dry. That's not to say that they weren't wet when you were there. However, we do take notice when a guest says that if we provide compensation then they won't leave a bad review. That makes it hard on our end to gauge a situation. We provide compensation when situations warrant it despite the review that will be left, and we don't provide compensation just to "buy" a good review.
Parking could get tricky, fortunately, unfortunately, there was no snowfall while we were here. I don’t know how a plow would have gotten around the vehicles.
Easy check-in. Received codes well in advance of our arrival. Condo was ready for us when we walked in.
Communications were spot on with the Grand team. We did learn, use the small powder pods to wash dishes. We brought some liquid gain pods and they seem to cause the dishwasher to leak soapy water across the kitchen floor. The maintenance team came by the day of our complaint and ran the dishwasher through its cycles. So, pretty sure it was the size of the soap pods.
Third floor, a lot of stairs! The loft, that ladder is no joke, you need capable people with you to pass luggage up/down.
Bedrooms were small, a little space one each side of the bed. Closets were a decent size. Plenty of hangers.
Not a fan of the 1 coin operated washer/dryer. There were 7 of us and a lot of winter clothing we found a laundry in Frisco and did that for an afternoon. It would have taken much longer I’m sure at the condo.
Bathrooms were good. Could have used more space to hang wet towels. Towel service was unexpected, so that was nice on day 3. There was small soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion in each bathroom.
Love that we were just down hill from Snowflake Lift. We rented skis there so we’re able to store them and just walk uphill in the mornings and down in the afternoon. For those who wanted, the condo is on 4 o’clock.

We appreciate your positive review and are glad to hear that the check-in process was easy and that the condo was ready for your arrival. We apologize for the inconvenience with the dishwasher and appreciate your understanding. We are pleased that you enjoyed the location, proximity to the Snowflake Lift, and the convenience of storing your skis. Thank you again for your kind review and we hope to welcome you back in the future.
The property, the ski slopes and the business district were easily accessible. The condo was roomy and the kitchen well equipped. Internet access was extremely spotty, so we had to use our own hotspot.
