BED & BATH
The spacious bedroom has a comfortable king bed with ensuite. You can unwind after a long day in the deep, soaker-style tub. The bathroom comes with all the basic necessities––plush towels, shampoo, hair dryer, and locally made Soco Soaps body wash/shampoo.
LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to cook an at-home meal. We provide cooking oil, salt, pepper, and fresh coffee beans. The lounge is comfortable with TV and a fireplace. There is a small two seater high table with tall chairs where you can eat your meals.
IN-SUITE LAUNDRY
There are laundry machines for you to use during your stay. There is also a communal laundry room within Silver Rock that you can use. Please do not wash mine work clothes in the suite's machines.
PATIO
There is a private patio with outdoor chairs. Please note, there is no BBQ.
AMENITIES
You will have access to the entire condo and all of the building amenities, such as the indoor pool, sauna, steam room, gym and outdoor hot tub: there is so much included in your stay. PLEASE BE ADVISED: The hot tub, pool, sauna, steam room and gym are all subject to closures at any time due to various circumstances.
There is free underground (1 parking spot per unit) and outside parking available. Guests can also find a personal ski/snowboard locker for storage in the underground parkade.
Important Notice!!! The pool area is currently under construction and is expected to be completed by the end of the year/beginning of January 2026. Construction crews will be working Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and construction noise is expected during these hours.
GUEST DAMAGE PROTECTION
This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to CA$1000 for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs. Alternatively, the refundable security deposit is held on your credit card and returned in full if no damage occurs; repair costs are deducted if necessary.
