Gorgeous, updated two-bedroom, two-bath penthouse in the gated community of Ocean Place, located on the seventh floor of building 3. The ocean views from our private balcony are spectacular! Ocean Place is a guest favorite and is conveniently situated next to the Ritz-Carlton on the south end of Amelia Island. There are two oceanfront pools and private beach access. We provide beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella for your convenience.
The main bedroom overlooks the Atlantic and offers stunning ocean views, a king-sized bed, and an en-suite bathroom with elegant finishes. The second bedroom has two comfortable twin beds that can be converted to a king (please request the conversion when booking). There is also a twin trundle in this room and a private full bath. A starter set of shampoo, conditioner, and soap is provided for your convenience. Luxury is evident in our fully equipped kitchen, featuring updated appliances, a large pantry, and ample storage space, perfect for preparing delicious meals. There is both a standard coffee pot and a Keurig coffee maker. There is a SMART TV with a cable package and free high-speed internet for streaming, teleworking, and remote learning.

Rental Agreement - Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with Coastal Wave Properties.
Guest Instructions - will be sent 7 days before arrival, provided the agreement has been signed and all payments are complete. If you need information prior to this, we are happy to help.
OwnerRez - We use a booking system called OwnerRez, and you will receive communications through this platform.
Damage Protection - Included with this rental; however, guests are responsible for damages exceeding the policy coverage.
Security Deposit Hold - A hold is placed on your credit card as a security deposit. There are no upfront charges. You will be notified if any charges occur; otherwise, the hold will be released seven days after you leave.
Parking - There are two parking spaces. Oversized vehicles will not fit.
Communication - We use email communication for signing our lease and guest instructions. Please be sure to provide an email address that you will have access to and that you can check regularly. We also use text messaging to send you the door code and for other communication if needed. Please provide a mobile phone number that you will have with you during your stay.
We recommend that our guests purchase travel insurance for their protection. Coastal Wave does not offer refunds or date changes for weather events such as storms or hurricanes.
