Step inside this spacious villa and feel instantly at home. The open-concept layout features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a large island for casual dining, and a cozy dining area with seating for six. Relax in the living room on the electric reclining sofas while watching your favorite shows on the big-screen TV, which has access to over 4,000 channels.

The oversized lanai is the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring The Villages, with views of the beautiful preserve just beyond your private yard.

🛏️ Bedrooms & Comfort
The master bedroom is a serene oasis, complete with a king-sized bed, a large walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom featuring double sinks and a walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms, each with queen-sized beds, provide comfort and privacy for all guests, and all rooms are equipped with TVs for added convenience.

For extra guests, the living room’s sleeper sofa offers a cozy sleeping space, making this villa perfect for up to 6 guests.

Located in the Village of DeLuna, the villa is perfectly positioned for enjoying all the activities and excitement The Villages has to offer. Just across the street, you`ll find the DeLuna Recreation Center with a pool, pickleball, tennis courts, and outdoor activities. Take a short ride over the Waterlily Bridge for quick access to Brownwood Paddock Square, where you can enjoy live music, dining, and shopping.

Staying on Marsh Bend Trail leads you to even more recreation at the Everglades Recreation Center, as well as Edna’s on the Green for daily live music and relaxation. The nearby Magnolia Plaza offers convenient shopping with Publix, restaurants, and Foxtail for coffee or ice cream.

Dogs Friendly (less than 30pds), non-shedding, limit to one at a time. If there is excessive amount of hair, an additional fee of $200 will be taken from the Security Deposit to cover for a deep cleaning.
