Out back is a big fully fenced yard with BBQ and picnic table, plus a front deck.

About 5 minutes to Sherman Ave, downtown and the Lake Coeur d'Alene waterfront. Silverwood Theme Park is about an hour north.

A very comfortable stay that met our family’s needs!

The house was plenty big for the four of us and our family pets! The fenced in yard and front porch were great places to enjoy the sunshine and shade! We had space to spread out which was nice when traveling with 4 adults. The price was extremely reasonable and the communication with management was clear and timely.

Family reunion

Perfect place for our family to come together from out of town for my father’s funeral. 20-30 minute pleasant walk to restaurants/beach. The house had everything we needed and property management was very responsive when there was an unexpected issue. Would definitely stay there again.
