Heat & AC provided by split system or get cozy in front of the Jotul gas stove

The Entire Cabin, sauna and amenities are included...please make yourself at home! You will have easy access with a keypad for self check-in.

I give my guests space but am available when needed.

Please let me know if there is anything that will make your stay better. It is my goal that this space be an escape and retreat for you however I am available at all times for emergencies and during standard hours to answer and resolve any non-emergency issues.

It is extremely helpful to have good contact information available for a member of your party in the event I need to contact you to resolve issues or provide information. If we need to stop by for any reason I will do my best to contact you ahead of time but we will keep any disruptions to an absolute minimum.

Located on the shore of Hatch Lake, 10 minutes from Marcell. The perfect northern Minnesota destination.

Escape from it all - Cell Service can be patchy but the WIFI is excellent so you can stay as connected as you choose!

Wood for the sauna and fire pit may be available for guest use but are not guaranteed. Wood is available for purchase at most local gas stations and grocery stores

A security camera monitors the front yard and entrance for the safety and security of our guests.

Shorter or longer stay options sometimes available upon request, cleansing fees will be adjusted accordingly. Contact us for more information!
Please be sure to review all house rules when booking! Home is located in a peaceful & quiet lake community. All guests staying at the home must be considerate of others in the neighboring area. Noise disturbances will not be tolerated.(quiet hours are between 10pm-7am)
Extra guest fees will be charged if more than noted guests stay the night as cleaning/laundry costs go up
No parties or events

Please remove shoes when you enter the house and leave in screen porch or just inside front door
Utilize the wash-line behind the house and/or the dryer for wet/damp clothing and towels. Do not leave these items on any floors or on any of the furniture
Please return all furnishings to their original positions
Use only firewood that is provided or firewood you purchase. ABSOLUTELY NO cutting of firewood on the property or adjacent properties is allowed.
No burning of trash or any other materials besides firewood.
Keep all outdoor fires within the fire ring and no more than five feet tall.
We love having your entire group stay. Please be be aware of safety around the lake as well as some cleaning supplies under each of the sinks.
Any game or fish cleaning must be done outdoors, fish cleaning table is provided, please thoroughly clean up the table after each use - violations will result in a $200 penalty to cover additional cleaning costs
Please DO NOT flush anything except toilet paper down the toilet
No cooking oil down any drains
Smoking is allowed outdoors take care to dispose of any smoking related refuse responsibly OUTDOORS - a $200 penalty will be charged for violations or debris discovered and disposed of by our cleaning crew
No Fireworks
PET RULES… We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs with a max weight of 80lbs combined. We are sorry but we can NOT accommodate cats Pet fee is $50 per dog per stay. Please be sure that your pet has been added to your reservation and the fee collected Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dog. Place pet refuse in a bag and place the bag in the outdoor trash receptacle. Do not place loose stools in any trash receptacles. Additional fees will be assessed if this rule is violated Dogs must be leashed when outdoors NO dogs on the furniture, clean up of pet hair from pet hair will result in extra fees
