Inside, the main floor features two beautifully designed guest suites. One offers a queen bed with private balcony access and serene water views, while the second includes two sets of full-size luxury bunk beds—perfect for families or larger groups seeking comfort and style. A modern full bathroom is conveniently located in this wing.

The opposite side of the main level opens into a grand dining, living, and kitchen area created for elevated gatherings. The chef’s kitchen features premium appliances, a gas range, high-end finishes, and direct access to a patio ideal for hosting sunset dinners or relaxed breakfasts by the water. The living space includes an oversized smart TV and plush seating, blending luxury with comfort.

Downstairs, the lower level transitions into a spacious garage with a walkout to your own resort-style outdoor oasis. A sparkling pool and spa invite you to unwind in total privacy, surrounded by a fenced yard perfect for your furry friends. Cozy daybeds, a grill, and outdoor lounging spaces create a boutique-style retreat. Fishing poles are provided so you can fish right from the deep-water dock, where dolphins frequently make an appearance. If you’d like to use the pool or spa heater, simply request it prior to arrival so we can prepare it for you.

Ride the elevator to the third floor to discover the expansive owner’s suite—your private sanctuary. This luxurious space includes a large balcony with sweeping views, a spacious walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom featuring a soaking tub and a glass-enclosed shower. Two additional guest bedrooms, each with private full bathrooms, provide comfort and privacy for everyone.

Boaters will appreciate the deep-water access, ideal for large boats, jet skis, or even a sailboat. While this home does not have a boat lift, we do have another nearby location with lift access that may be available if needed—just ask.

With award-winning beaches less than 10 minutes away, plus quick access to downtown St. Pete’s dining, nightlife, museums, and waterfront parks, the location balances luxury and convenience flawlessly.

Guests have full access to the entire home, aside from one small locked owner’s closet in the garage. Garage remotes are available upon request. We also do our best to offer early check-ins and late checkouts whenever possible.
