Casa Bonita - Beach Villa and Pickleball Resort

We absolutely enjoyed the opportunity to host this amazing family. They are truly enjoyable and certainly know how to enjoy themselves. Our staff indicated that all in the group were very kind and most appropriate. It is always a pleasure to be in the presence of such a quality family.

Great group. Great treatment of home and property.

Nice group and very appropriate. Would definitely welcome them for another visit.

What a lovely family and extremely easy to communicate with throughout. As to arrival, during their stay and at check-out, this family couldn't have been any more gracious. It warms everyone's heart to have met and been able to know them.We consider ourselves most fortunate to have had the opportunity to make their acquaintance!

Could not be more pleased that this group chose to return again for a second time. Always respectful and appropriate with a great sense of appreciation for the home and it's surroundings. Would welcome them back anytime.

Great family. The kind of appropriate group all owner's would welcome to be their guests!

Perfect guests. Very respectful, low maintenance and very appreciative.

Our staff recommends this wonderful group of professionals. Most conscientious, and observing of home policy and neighborly etiquette. Very easy guests to have occupy the home and garden.

These guests were a great and respectful group. All homeowner's in the homeaway/VRBO family would be well benefited by their presence. Hope we are lucky enough to have the privilege of Larry and his group returning to Casa Bonita. Heidi and Art

A most wonderful family who had to endure some very nasty weather this past December. They did so with a smile and kept their chin up as they took in natures fury and beauty at the sea shore. Any host would be well served by this family's presence.

As always, it is most rewarding to host a great family group who knows how to enjoy all aspects of the property and the area. A very appropriate, responsible and responsive group such as this family are a pleasure to host. Can't wait for their return.

There could have been no more ideal guests than this couple and their family. All the Casa Bonita team felt more than ready and able to accommodate any of their requests. But most of all, their pleasant style and special kindness made it all our pleasure to serve them in any way possible.

This family is as close to perfect as guest's can get. Respectful, responsive and as fastidious about their neatness almost to a fault. Suffice to say, after almost 2 weeks on site, the cleaning crew arrived and sent half the crew home!! Unheard of in this industry. Any owner would greatly benefit from this family's presence.

One of Casa Bonita's favorite family's. Always lots of energy and very appropriate in their treatment of the home, the grounds and the neighborhood. Any owner would be extremely lucky to have the opportunity to serve this amazing 5 star family.

Casa Bonita is very fortunate to host such a gracious couple and their family. Very kind and completely fair in their response to all extenuating circumstances, along with treating the home and property as though it were their own. Casa Bonita continues to strive to completeness in all aspects of the home, the garden and ultimately, the beach itself. And with guests such as this family, we are anxious for their return and their appreciation.

Great family and every host would be extremely happy to have them as guests! And guess why...this family knows how to avail themselves of all the property has to offer, like the beach, like the huge fire pit, like the pool, like the spa, like the game room/sports bar, and finally like the neighborhood and wider area for all the accouterments needed to support a great vacation.

This nice family really took the opportunity to enjoy some nice beach weather and, when the weather wasn't so nice, took the opportunity to enjoy the amenities of Casa Bonita's beach front Sports Bar. Ringing in the New Year at Casa Bonita is surely a memory everyone in this great family will cherish for years to come. As owner's, we are always honored to offer Casa Bonita for a truly wonderful family vacation. Heidi and Art

If every guest were as responsible, professional and responsive as this family, life in the vacation hosting business would be bliss! Can't say enough about this great group, and Casa Bonita looks forward to the opportunity to host these most appropriate Midwestern family again!

Any host would be well served if they chose to rent to this wonderful family. Pool tech's were on the scene Monday morning after the family's Saturday evening arrival in order to facilitate pump replacement, and this family graciously accepted the pool down time for that minor first part of their stay. This fantastic group knew how to enjoy to it's fullest the home, the beach and then the pool using all accoutrements available most appropriately and responsibly.

Definitely a very fun family and great guests to have at Casa Bonita. A group that really knows how to enjoy themselves and looks for the most out of the location, the home, and the surroundings.

Great family and could not be more pleased by their treatment of the home. Definitely look forward to welcoming them to Casa Bonita again.

Casa Bonita had the opportunity to host a most lovely family. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate during their stay, with heavy rain most every day and extreme heat to boot...95 plus. Hence the onslaught of mosquitoes accompanied by imbalance of pool chemicals. These intrepid souls never complained (Casa Bonita wishes they would have said something since an emergency pool treatment and yard insect treatment would have been performed) and departed leaving a most immaculate home. Any host would be benefitted by this family's presence--rated them 5 stars!
