This space is located just a short walk or bike ride from downtown Fairhope and Fairhope Park on Mobile Bay! Explore wonderful shopping and eating with the provided bicycles and enjoy the heart of Fairhope!

This unit includes 1 king bed and 2 twin beds along with a spacious couch. The other half of this duplex is located above the listed unit and is occupied by the host. Easy walk downtown. Convenient to grocery stores. The house has everything we needed. Here for a family birthday party, and this was an easy home base to return to each evening.

Loved our Stay

This rental property is a great home away from home! Located on a quiet street yet so close to the many great restaurants and unique shopping boutiques that the lovely downtown Fairhope has to offer. The home had been recently updated, was very clean and provided everything we needed. The king size bed was very comfy and we enjoyed a good night’s sleep during our stay. Thomas was a great host. Very responsive and graciously provided some complimentary snacks as well as bicycles for guests to use. We would definitely look forward to staying here again.on some of our future visits to Fairhope.

Excellent property

Let me start out by saying that this house is as clean as you can get! It was very comfortable. I even liked the bed, everyone liked their bed! Very easy to get into the house. Very quiet street. The host was prompt in his responses. I booked it for the mile to downtown. However, maps told me that mile would take me 27 minutes, so I had to drive. But the drive couldn't have been easier. 98 is right around the corner too with a Piggly Wiggly near by. I would definitely stay here again.

Very attractive, convenient within walking distance of downtown Fairhope, clean, comfortable, quiet, host was always available to answer any questions and have thoughtfully supplied some things such as hand soaps in the kitchen and bath, dishwashing soap, paper towels, trash bags. Located in the cul-de-sac of a short, quiet street of homes. No odors and the air conditioning was quiet and very comfortable. Everything including Starbucks, wonderful restaurants, Publix close by. I give it a five and would definitely stay here again!
