Hi Robert, the homeowner was surprised to read your review, and would like to clarify the following: -You brought up your concerns over a week into your stay. Our property manager went to assist with the pests and noted windows were open. We encourage guests to keep windows and doors closed to avoid bugs coming in. -Our property manager reports you didn't mention any other cleanliness concerns. If there were cleanliness concerns, they should've been brought to our attention when you checked in. The property was guest-ready for your stay. -We'd like to note, the guests before and after you had no concerns. -We were hospitable and agreed to allow you to end your stay early, as well as issue a generous refund.   We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

Steve, thank you for your review. We're glad to hear you enjoyed this unit and its great location, however, we apologize that some aspects of your stay fell short of your expectations. We can confidently confirm that if there was an oversight and coffee grounds were left in the machine, there was absolutely no way there could have been mold present, as the previous guests checked out just one day before you arrived.
