Enjoy a relaxing stay in the highly desired Indian Creek neighborhood of Kissimmee, Florida — just minutes from Disney, shopping, restaurants, and attractions.

Overview:
This bright, single-story villa offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, high vaulted ceilings, and an open layout connecting the kitchen, dining area, and great room. The Adventurist is designed with a travel-inspired theme, featuring eclectic décor, unique art, and comfortable spaces for families and groups.
The master suite features a king bed, en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the covered lanai and pool area. A second suite includes a queen bed and private bath. Two additional bedrooms share a hallway bath.

The fully equipped kitchen includes new stainless appliances, handmade oak dining table, and all utensils, cookware, and plasticware for kid-friendly and poolside use.
Families love the south-facing saltwater pool and spa, which capture sunlight throughout the day. The screened and fenced lanai offers privacy and safety, including a removable child barrier and pool door alarms.
A full laundry room with washer, dryer, and ironing facilities is provided. The garage has been converted into a game room with ping pong and foosball. Owners and our trusted local management team are always available for assistance as needed.
This family-friendly villa does not allow pets or smoking.

Outdoor Lanai, Pool & Spa:
Step through French doors from the great room to the screened outdoor area. The private saltwater pool, spa, and covered lanai offer plenty of space to relax, dine, and soak up the Florida sunshine.
Pool & Spa Heat:
Optional “Pool & Spa Heat” is available for $35/night + tax and must be booked for the entire stay.

Grill:
A gas grill is available to rent through our management company for $85 + tax. It will be delivered clean and ready for use before your arrival and removed after your stay.

Parking:
• Driveway accommodates two standard vehicles
• Street parking available directly in front of the property
• Additional large vehicle parking is available 1.5 blocks away at the neighborhood park

Important:
This is a self-catering villa. Please bring essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, and bath soap. To make your arrival smoother, we provide convenient “Welcome Packs” with starter supplies:
• Coffee/Tea Pack: Coffee sachets, creamers, tea bags, sugar, and sweeteners.
• Kitchen Pack: Dish soap, detergent, dishwashing tablets, trash bags, scourer, dishcloth.
• Bathroom Pack: Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and face bar.

Indian Creek is one of the closest communities to Disney, offering easy access to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

• Promenade at Sunset Walk: Restaurants, live music, Margaritaville Resort, Island H2O Water Park, Escapology.
• Rolling Oaks Commons: Super Target, Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze, TJ Maxx, Ulta.
You’re just minutes from Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, SeaWorld, Discovery Cove, and Aquatica. Busch Gardens and Kennedy Space Center are about an hour away, as are Cocoa Beach and the Gulf Coast beaches.

Departure:
Before departure, please:
• Strip sheets and pillowcases from used beds and fold comforters beside them
• Place all used towels on the laundry room floor
• Take trash to the outdoor bins
These small gestures help our cleaning team and are greatly appreciated.

We operate two Orlando vacation villas — book individually or together for larger groups. Both are in Indian Creek, just a short walk apart, featuring:
