I was in the area for work for a few days and opted to stay at this cute condo. Location was perfect and the property was well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The WiFi made working remotely a breeze. Best of all, Elizabeth was communicative and accommodating. I would definitely stay again!
My partner and I came to Des Moines for a long weekend. The apartment was in a perfect location and stunning! Very clean and cozy place. Parking was great. Easy walk to many downtown restaurants and attractions. The farmer's market on Saturday, literally out the front door, was awesome! We would stay there again.
Overall it was a very good stay. Had a little bit of communication trouble with the host initially, but was able to get in touch with them after some time. The unit was nice, and well furnished. Clean, spacious bathroom and bedroom. It was perfect walking distance to a bunch of nightlife and restaurants. Parking was fine. Just communicate with the parking lot attendant and get a sign for your mirror. There is no independent temperature control in the building. The room was comfortable to me, but my wife was a little cold.Overall 4/5.

I’ve been a property manager for 12 years, and The Elliott has always held a special place in my heart—it’s been in my family for three generations. My grandpa purchased it back when it was still a European-style hotel. This building is full of rich history, and I can’t wait for you to experience it for yourself.
