We also appreciate you pointing out a couple of items that future guests may find helpful. One of the bathroom locks had been accidentally locked by a previous guest before your arrival. Rather than interrupt their stay with a repair, we waited until after checkout, and we're happy to share that the lock has now been repaired. Thank you as well for your feedback on the top bunk. Guest safety is always our top priority, and we'll be evaluating whether we can lower it to make it more comfortable and practical for future guests.
