This charming 2-bedroom condo on Anna Maria Island offers the perfect escape, complete with a private balcony to enjoy the warm Florida breezes. Located in a quiet area but close to the island’s beautiful beaches, this condo provides a cozy and convenient stay. This cozy retreat features a king bed in the primary bedroom and a queen bed in the secondary bedroom, offering comfort for all guests. The screened-in lanai overlooking the natural mangrove preserve is an amazing setting for morning coffee or evening cocktails. This condo also features a spacious living area with plenty of room to stretch out. Indoor or outdoor dining table for 4. Enjoy watching tv during your stay in either bedroom, or out in the living area!

The community has a large heated pool for guests only. The covered parking space has room for two cars and there is additional parking for guests.
Beach chairs and an umbrella are available as well as beach and pool towels. This condo participates in our professional linen program so you can rest well in luxury.
PLEASE NOTE: The Sandy Pointe condo complex does not allow charging of electric vehicles including Teslas.
Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay. Our cleaning fee includes a professional linen service. When you stay with us you can rest assured that you will have high quality linens such as those at a fine hotel. We also provide plenty of bath and beach towels.
