Nice place. Fran Maxon came right away to replace broken beach umbrellas. King bed was too soft, double bed was like a rock. Thank God my friends here dropped off foam mattress toppers.

The townhouse was in a perfect location. The place was clean and had plenty of space. Only issue was the air conditioner could not keep up with the heat outside.

great place- very central located- plush greenery around you and a pool in the middle! all amenities were there along with. a tin of Beach items to use in the garage- bed was super comfortable- nice to have two porches- loved it!

Great location. Walking distance to everything we needed. Nice neighbourhood. Very cozy setup. Beds are firm, so if you like your mattress on the softer side, you will be disappointed. Really nice deck for unwinding in the evening before bedtime.

Great spring break

The location was great! Property was clean. Only 2 complaints. You can't set ac below 70. It definitely needs to be cooler for sleeping. Kitchen cabinets and fold doors in the kitchen could be updated but not that big of a deal. Thanks for a great spring break with our college son and friends.

Family vacation

Close to the beach. Has a lot of beach items to use. That was nice. Check in was easy. Not having air conditioning that works right, didn't keep villa cool in the day that was not a good. Called the first day and two other times in our week. I am not a hot blooded person but it was too warm for us. At 76-78 in the middle of the day. Stayed 2nd week of June. Had termites in the kitchen and master bedroom windows. Pool is closed at dusk. We love to swim in the evenings. So that is disappointing for us.

Great Location, Very clean.. Super Close to beach

Property itself is really nice, exactly how described. Very clean, incredibly spacious. We loved having meals on the screened in porch. The pool was also really nice and just a 2 minute walk. No lifeguard on duty so we ended up leaving on 3 occasions due to a family that brought 4 boys to the pool who were really unruly, roughhousing and jumping into the pool, up and over the head of our 4 year old daughter with no consequence from the 3 adults with them. The house was equipped with all the pool and beach toys you could imagine. Walk to the beach was under 5 minutes. We came during a time when the red tide algae was blooming, meaning there were hundreds of dead fish carcasses all over the beach and it was very difficult for all of us to breathe on the beach. Check local reports for peak algae as we were unaware the problem was nearly as bad was it was when we were there (end of December, first week of January).
