Amazing property in Sevierville only 15 minutes from Dollywood and close to lots of other fun places to explore. The cabin was beautiful— very clean, very well decorated, set up was perfect for our family with 8 bedrooms & 8 full bathrooms. Having 2 hot tubs was a great perk & the pool was perfect too— just the right temp, clean, well kept. Games were all in great condition— pool, Pac-Man, foosball, shuffleboard, etc. Kids (& adults) enjoyed playing. Host communication was top notch— responded immediately to any questions, very helpful & polite. Would highly recommend this property and this host to anyone! I’d come back in a heart beat!

Family Reunion

Sleeping arrangements were great, kitchen well equipped, except the dishwasher should be replaced, mini fridges gave extra space for drinks, loved the pool and deck above. With our extra daytime visitors the space was excellant for 30 people. Plenty of space for our live-in 17 family members.i

Annual Soccer Family Getaway

This space is amazing!!! We have 3 families, kids ranging from 7-25 and everyone had their own space. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms is perfect for large groups. The game room was the perfect hangout space when we weren’t eating. Enough options to keep everyone occupied. The pool is larger than most rentals we have stayed in, which made for some great volleyball games!!We had 2 issues when we were there: a hot tub mishap which was quickly taken care of and the maintenance guy was super nice, and some issues with wasps in the upstairs bedrooms, which we attributed to all the wood as well as outdoor environment. There are traps hanging so management is aware.

Great property and great host. House layout is perfect for a large group and plenty of activities to keep everyone with something to do. Kitchen was well stocked for serving and cooking. Hot tubs were clean and working well, pool was large and heating well.Very large community with similar homes, easy to get to and plentiful flat parking. 1 star removed due to some maintenance issues, and furniture inconsistency. There were a handful maintenance issues, which we let the host know about, a couple quick fixes were able to be made during our stay. The furniture in the rooms was inconsistent. Some rooms having dressers, and others not having any. Most of the issues were small enough to ignore. Easy check-in and check-out process, host made us aware that we could get into the property a couple hours before the posted check-in time. Overall 4/5 stars for a great property and great host!
