The living room offers extra sleeping space with 2 futons. The master bath features a large jetted tub, Multi-head shower, Heated tile floors and double vanity.

There is plenty of room to relax and unwind under the mature trees in our fenced in back yard, complete with deck, outdoor dining area, fire pit, grill, tiki torches, water feature and pond.

Keep the kids entertained with board games, books, vinyls, pickleball court, basketball hoop, and other outdoor games.

I was born and raised in Southern California and moved to Greenville after graduating high school. I immediately fell in love with the people, pace and seasons. My passion is being a Dad and entrepreneur, I love the fast pace and challenge and responsibility that both those roles require. We recently purchased 26 acres in nearby Marietta, SC where we plan to open glamping and tiny home experiences.

Why they chose this property

This was my wife's childhood home. After purchasing it from her parents in 2020 we spent the next four years updating and beautifying with a Zen inspired flair.

What makes this property unique

Our neighborhood is safe, quiet and crime free, perfect for after dinner strolls or visiting the nearby park and pond. We are regular users of VRBO and know the importance of keeping the kids (and adults) entertained and comfortable, Enjoy a small collection of books, vinyls, boardgames, pickleball, basketball hoop.
