Walk to Paris Mtn State Park Sleeps 14 King Beds Fire Pit

We own two houses that the backyards connect. Contact me for info. Large property with all the comforts of home! 5 Bedroom home includes 2 Kings, 3 Queens, 2 Full - all 12" memory foam beds. Perfect location - close to nature and all the downtowns!
*5 min. Walk to the waterfall at Paris Mtn. State Park
*15 Min. to downtown Grv
*13 min. to downtown Travelers Rest
* 18 min. to downtown Greer
Strong Wi-Fi Open floor plan, large kitchen, 2 office desks, ping-pong table, corn hole, screened in porch, large patio area, deck spaces, plenty of parking, quiet area.

Onsite washer & dryer, spacious kitchen stocked with spices, olive oil, salt/pepper, Ninja blender, garbage bags, ziplocks, foil, chip clips, tea, sugar, toilet paper, paper towels. Three large TVs. The main level has 4 of the bedrooms all on one level. One office space in main level master bedroom. Walkout basement has large open space, bedroom with 2 queen beds, and a full bath and a 2nd desk space in the downstairs living room. Large patio space with fire pit, outdoor tables, grill, and corn hole. Great outdoor spaces on the front and back for reading a book or enjoying conversations.

The entire house and amenities are included - all driveways for parking. . There is a separate 2 car garage in the back of the property that we use for storage.

Very quiet area. Because we are near the state park be aware that we sometimes see bears, foxes, hawks, deer, and other wildlife might be nearby. 1 mile drive from the Park entrance, 1/2 mile walk to the waterfall. You will need to buy a day pass if you drive your car in.

House rules:
-No Parties or events. We have security cameras only on the exterior of the property.
-No smoking
-Not suitable for pets
-Check in is anytime after 4PM
-Check out by 10AM
-Self check in with keypad on door

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful country home near Paris Mountain State Park. The house was very clean, well kept and well stocked with all necessities. Having the State Park so close was awesome as we loved getting out and taking some hikes around the park. and the distance from Greenville proper is not long at all.Shawna was very responsive and gracious with anything we asked about or needed. The neighborhood was very quiet and the location of the home is tucked back into a neighborhood, so not car traffic that we could here.We highly recommend this place if you are traveling to Greenville and want to be a little bit away of city center.

An Amazing Weekend

My party of friends and I had intended to use this house as our base of operations for daily trips into Greenville, but we liked it so much -- from the comfortable beds to the kitchen to the firepit -- we didn't stray far. I usually don't like to return to the same VRBO ... too many places to see in the world, but this one we will be returning to.

We stayed here for a girls weekend in Greenville and the house was perfect! Shawna the host was very communicative leading up to the trip and when we were there. The house was clean, nicely updated, and comfortable. Well stocked with everything we needed, and a "forgot something" basket which was a nice touch! 20 minute drive to anywhere you want to be in Greenville. Thank you for having us, it was perfect!

Wonderful Greenville Home for Cousin Reunion

The house was lovely and very comfortable for 5 adults since we each wanted our own bedroom. The kitchen is modern and well-appointed, and the neighborhood (outside of Greenville proper) is very quiet with lots of space around the homes . Check-in was easy and Shawna answered any questions we had right away. We had a great time and highly recommend this home!

Incredible house for a large group!

We (a group of 12 Furman alumni who were in town for Homecoming) had an AMAZING time during our stay. The house is well-appointed with plenty of room for people to spread out or gather together depending on what was happening. The host was very responsive to questions throughout the booking process, which was even more impressive considering the stress of Hurricane Helene just weeks prior. We all agreed we want to book it again next year!

Perfect Meeting Getaway

This was the perfect property for our small team of staff. It is convientley located to Greenville. The house was very clean and very organized. We couldn't have asked for anything better. There are large gathering spaces and plenty of room for spreading out if we needed to. Everything that we could have thought we needed was already there just waiting for us. We will be back and look forward to spending more time in this hidden gem of a getaway!

Family Vacation with children and grandchildren

The property was perfect for our family vacation. We had 6 adults and 5 children (15 months- 9 years old. We ventured out during the day to Greenville and Paris Mountain and enjoyed ping pong or some of the many games in the house in the evening. There were lots of extras that we truly appreciated- chargers for our electronics, paper goods, shampoo and soap, extra towel/clothes hooks, well-equipped kitchen, and nice laundry room with detergent. We also enjoyed the huge outdoor space. Hosts were very accommodating.

Great house for a family or group

We came up to Greenville for a family thing and found this house. Kids had a blast, we had a great stay. Kitchen was awesome. Lots of pots, pans and silverware etc. all in good shape and not just Walmart junk. Kids could play downstairs while adults are upstairs. Nice..House was just thoughtfulness at every turn. Owner was very accessible, if we had a question she was quick to respond. I would def stay here again. My wife said “very very clean” (that’s a hard one to get folks!) Thank you for the nice weekend…we hated to leave Nothing negative to report!!

Cycling camp with a wonderful stay

We were a group of cyclists staying for a spring training camp. The house could not be more perfect for us. There was everything we needed and then some. The place was very spacious with large kitchen, table space for 12, living room and family play room with plenty of couches for everyone. Patio, deck, grill, fire pits, ping pong table, games and more. The house was very clean, freshly updated with all of the amenities one would need. Well stuffed kitchen with utensils and pots/pans, 2 fridges for plenty of food to keep and a 2 car garage to safely store our bikes. We appreciated all of the small details such as little labels or instructions throughout the house. the host was easy to deal with and quick with communication. We will definitely try to be back.
