Tiny House on Hayden Lake with beach access and hot tub

Brand new tiny home located on beautiful Hayden Lake. Huge windows make this 360sqft modern tiny home feel spacious. Perfect for a romantic getaway, girls weekend or small family. A large deck doubles the size of the home and offers two couches for lounging, a dining table and chairs as well as BBQ. Stairs lead down to a private sandy beach with access to kids kayaks and paddle boards. Fire pit area and hot tub completes the outdoor paradise.
Inside, the central living area boasts 18 foot tall ceilings. The kitchen has a full size fridge, dishwasher and a microwave/oven/airfryer combo and a two burner induction stove. Indoor table enlarges to seat 4.

Main floor bedroom has a queen memory foam bed. Pull down the projector screen and lounge in bed while watching a movie.

Generous bathroom with walk in beautifully tiled shower.

The loft above the bedroom has a full size bed. Watch the stars from the skylight or keep it closed with blackout blind to sleep in.

Another loft above the bathroom has a twin xl and another chance to view the stars from the skylight.

Fire pit area with Solo stove and plenty of dry wood for relaxing in the evenings.

There are A LOT of stairs down to the beach area.

Lofts have minimal railings so may not be suitable for small children.

The tiny house is located on the owner's property. You have 2 reserved parking spots located near the pathway leading down to the house. There is a wagon to transport groceries or luggage.

There are 3 cats that will try to make your acquaintance, and 2 dogs that will be contained within their fence. Feel free to gather fresh eggs from the hens.
