The Space:

Or, if you book the sister unit next door (Time Traveler Suite), the private balconies connect for even more space and dining options. In the cooler months or evenings, gather around the electric fireplace and enjoy a movie or catch up on your reading list. No matter where you turn, Best of Branson offers the ultimate relaxation experience.



After enjoying all the excitement within Branson city and surrounding areas, you will feel right at home relaxing in the cozy living room with ample sofa and seating options and smart TV. Cook a delicious meal in the beautiful kitchen equipped with modern appliances and cookware, with a chic dining room table with seating for 4 at the table and 2 at the bar.



This home sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms, and a full-size futon sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. Sliding glass doors open from the bedroom right onto the home’s balcony.



Bedroom #2 has a king size bed, tv, electric fireplace, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- These are walk-up units 10 steps no elevator access.

- A total of 4 parking spaces are provided.

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

- The Home is not pet friendly.

- Washer and dryer in-unit.

- Access to seasonal pools only.

- Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the building, including decks and stairways. Please note that guests will be charged a fee of $500 plus mitigation costs if there is found evidence of smoking.

- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- Pools and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
