The Space:

Inside the home, modern furnishings and rustic details combine into an inviting space for your enjoyment. Gather on the large couches facing the smart tv, a perfect spot to spend nights in with a good movie. Adjacent is the fully equipped kitchen which includes all standard appliances, a coffee station, and cookware for convenient meals at home. Relive the day’s adventures over dinner at the dining table set for 4. A floating counter with 2 barstools offers additional space to eat or even use as a work from home desk space.



This home sleeps up to 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 is furnished with a king size bed and smart tv.



Bedroom #2 has a set of bunk beds with full size mattresses on top and bottom.



Bedroom #3 is the primary suite with a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.

Great location

Our family of five stayed here for a weekend. It was clean and a nice location out of the traffic but not too far from anything. Highly recommend having breakfast at Steamy Joe Cafe just down the road!

The host was extremely responsive and directions were clear. An issue that should be addressed are the couch and loveseat condition. Both pieces of furniture are extremely worn the loveseat makes cracking nose when sitting on. The couch has no cushion support making it difficult to get up and sit comfortably, especially for older adults.

Great Place would definitely stay again

The place was great, exactly what we needed. I could have gave this 5 stars, but the large couch in the living room is worn out and I couldn't get out of the thing every time I said in it because she sink. So far down other than that, the place was amazing. Exactly what we needed. I would stay back here again, even with that couch. The price was right. And I cannot really say enough good things about this place. It was close to everything in Branson, we were within 10 minutes of most all attractions.

Great condo, Great Location

This condo was great, very clean, and at the end of the street which made for a quieter experience. The location was fabulous because it was still very close to everything but away from all the traffic! We will definitely book this place again when we come back to Branson!

Property was in great location, quiet, clean for the most part…. Note to owner change out inside shower curtain…is yellow and needs replaced….keurig kcup machine only has decaf kcup pods…suggest leaving some of those Other than those two suggestions our family WOULD stay here again‼️

Great place!

This place was great! Clean and cute! Great accommodations like the washer and dryer. The two bedrooms with king size beds were great for my mom and for my husband and myself. The 3rd room had bunk beds which were perfect for my kids. We also enjoyed the few games that were in the livingroom. We were also just minutes away from all the fun activities we had planned. Nothing was more than 10 or 15 minutes away. We loved it!

We stayed at this property for a weekend, and unfortunately our experience did not meet expectations. Upon arrival, the bathrooms did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned, as there was visible hair on the floors and noticeable water rings and stains in the toilets that were easily removed when wiped. During our stay, we encountered several maintenance and safety concerns. The towel bar in the primary bathroom was loose and came off the wall when removing a towel. The living room couches showed significant wear, with very flat cushions that provided little support. Additionally, the top bunk bed had an exposed piece of metal on the rail, which scratched one of our children; we temporarily addressed this by covering the area with a folded sheet to prevent further injury. Parking was also challenging, as even with only two vehicles, available spaces were very limited, and many cars were parked in undesignated areas such as the grass or posted no-parking zones. On the second morning, there was a brief power outage, which we understand was outside of the property’s control; however, once power was restored, the thermostat repeatedly reset itself to 57 degrees. We attempted to adjust it to a comfortable temperature, but it continued to revert back, and on our final morning the unit was noticeably cold at 63 degrees, though being on an upper unit provided some residual warmth. We made the best of our short two-night stay and did not use the kitchen or pool due to the weather.

Had we been made aware, we would have been more than happy to address them in real time. Our properties are professionally cleaned and inspected prior to arrival, and no concerns regarding cleanliness, safety hazards, furniture condition, or thermostat function were documented during the pre-arrival inspection or by guests before or after your visit. Regarding the brief power outage, this was an area-wide utility issue that was outside of our control. Thermostats may temporarily reset following outages, and our team is always available to assist if guests experience difficulties restoring settings. Parking availability and community rules are governed by the HOA, and while we understand parking can feel limited during peak occupancy, designated spaces and signage are clearly posted to maintain safety and access for all residents and guests. We regret that you chose not to reach out during your stay, as we value the opportunity to correct concerns when they arise. While we’re sorry this property was not the right fit for your needs, we appreciate your feedback and wish you the best in your future travels.

Super clean and cute

The location was awesome for silver dollar city! Breakfast place nearby was so good and cheap! Short drive to strip. Can sit on deck and look at rock and trees and it’s peaceful. The pool hours aren’t easy to find. The actual complex has many vrbo so parking can be hard to find. Also, the door that leads so the property is extremely gross but that isn’t the owners fault, but does need to be addressed. The three rooms are good sized. Kitchen has the basics. I appreciate toiletries being available as many locations don’t have that. I would stay again!

Family vacation

We go to check in a little early which was great but after walking around the condo we noticed my daughters feet were black come to find out the floors were nasty dirty and we had to clean them ourselves. Also water pressure is horrible it took us 10mins just to get soap out of my daughter hair who has thick hair it feels like someone tan a cup of water over u.
